Great smaller size treadmill
When it arrived, it was very easy and quick to put together. Most of it was already put together and just needed a few screws put in. Now let me start by saying this is perfect for me because I am short. I am only 5’2 and 120lbs. I knew this treadmill was a little bit smaller, but that was what I was looking for. The screen is easy to read and program. This treadmill does not make much noise at all and is very quiet. It does incline nicely and so far I put the speed up to 3.6 and it works perfectly. I use this for walking everyday (I don’t run/jog). This has been a great treadmill. If you are taller/larger then this may not be a good fit for you because the handles don’t adjust higher (if you like holding them as you walk). Also, the length of the treadmill might not work if you had long legs. Overall I highly recommend this treadmill for anyone that is not too tall and looking for a simple treadmill that has incline.

Great Treadmill. Fantastic customer service.
After looking at numerous treadmills and reading reviews, I decided to buy TheRun, and have no regrets at all. Delivery arrived sooner than expected, and was very well packaged. The manual was clear and showed step by step assembly that make screwing the parts easy and fast. I'm very impressed with this product. It is a solid, sturdy unit, and is definitely not cheaply made. The motor is quiet and strong. The belt is long and wide enough for me to run comfortably without hitting the sides or backsliding off it at 5'7". The fifteen programs, 3 HP motor, 12% auto incline, 18 inch LED screen and 2 layer shock absorbers makes this treadmill perfect for me. And, I can't say enough about Zora in Customer Service. Zora was pleasant, polite, kind, and professional each time responding to a number of my questions. Zora is definitely an asset to the employer.

good treadmill, it is very easy to use
I recently purchased the THERUN Treadmill, and I’m extremely happy with it! The incline capability is fantastic, allowing me to customize my workouts for more intensity. One of my favorite features is the pause function—it’s so convenient when I need to step away briefly and then resume right where I left off. The fixed speed and slope settings make it very easy to use, eliminating the hassle of constant adjustments. Compared to my old treadmill, this one is much quieter, which is a huge plus, especially in an apartment or shared space. Overall, this treadmill is well-built, user-friendly, and delivers a smooth running experience. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and feature-packed machine!

Don't Hesitate
Excellent investment. We live in Florida, and with our schedules and our careers we needed something smaller for inside. We have been working out all our lives and have previously had an in home gym so I knew what I was looking for on a smaller scale. I am 5'10", 135 with a 36" inseam. My husband is 6'2" around 250. This treadmill is everything and all you need to get your in home work out. It's wide enough, long enough for my very long legs, has automatic incline up to 12% and is extremely sturdy. It was easy to put together, it's very sturdy, and very quiet. It have done your research for you, don't hesitate. Batam it also has handles on the side which are very sturdy as well and a nice tray that hold my phone a drink or even a book if I want. The only thing it doesn't tell is steps

Decent treadmill
The treadmill works fine, does it's job. The belt is quiet and the treadmill was easy to put together. The belt is a little small so I would not advise anyone over 5'5" to try to run on it. Two major problems with the design: 1) the cup holders are worthless, and 2) the safety "beeping" is loud and can't be turned off.

Love this treadmill! Highly recommended!
I’ve been using the THERUN Incline Treadmill for about a week now, and so far, I’m really impressed. I was looking for a solid, quiet treadmill for my home workouts, and this one checks all the boxes. The 3.0 HP motor runs smoothly and is quieter than I expected — I can easily listen to music or watch shows while walking or running. The auto incline feature is awesome and makes workouts feel more challenging without getting boring. Even though I’ve only had it a week, I can already tell it’s helping me stay motivated. The running belt is wide and comfortable, and I don’t feel cramped like I have on other treadmills in the past. I also appreciate the shock absorption — my knees usually ache after running, but this treadmill feels much easier on my joints. Assembly was simple and didn’t take long at all. It folds up easily too, which is a big plus for my small space. Overall, I’m really happy with it after the first week and looking forward to seeing how it holds up with regular use. Definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a home treadmill.

BAD customer service from "THERUN"
The treadmill I ordered was: "THE RUN - TR06." My treadmill arrived promptly. I was impressed by how secure the packaging was & nothing arrived broken or damaged. Unfortunately, my treadmill did not come with an instruction manual. The product description actually mentioned that an instruction manual would be included in the product shipment. Since the product is still under warranty, I thought it should be an easy request to get a replacement instruction manual sent to me. I was unfortunately SORELY MISTAKEN in my assumption. Over a month has passed since I ordered this treadmill, & it has been a very frustrating experience with repeated attempts to contact the company after my initial call to the Amazon customer service department. I simply needed to get a replacement instruction manual-- not a whole new treadmill. I didn't want to use the product until I knew which type of lubricant was required for the treadmill's running belt to avoid any potential damage. Fast-forward to now, I have lost a month of my time, energy, & repeated efforts with numerous attempted phone calls & way too many email exchanges with "THERUN" company's customer service department representatives to be able to get access to a simple instruction manual for this product. Unfortunately, "THERUN" company has yet to ever return any of my phone calls, & the few email replies that I have actually received-- did not answer any of my 3 basic questions. It is very frustrating that after 2 months have passed, that "THERUN" company hasn't even tried to make it right by simply replacing the instruction manual, & I still haven't received a replacement. I have not received any apologies for the situation, they've never tried to go out of their way to help make it right, & there have been no offers for even a partial credit for all the effort I've had to invest in this simple request. I had originally requested to "THERUN" that I needed a paper copy to be sent to me in English through the postal mail-- because it was for my father who doesn't use computers. My Dad needed the instruction manual to learn which type of lubricant is required for this particular treadmill model, and how often to apply it to the running belt, as well as needing a reference for the basic assembly instructions for the treadmill before he used it. When a representative from "THERUN" company did attempt to respond to one of my emails, they instead tried to send me a digital copy of the instruction manual in an email attachment as a PDF file. I had been very specific about needing to receive a paper copy through postal mail, but the email attachment they decided to send didn't even work! The attachment only showed a string of unreadable Chinese characters without a way to translate it into English, and there were no pictorial diagrams as would normally be in a typical instruction manual. In desperation, I again called the Amazon customer service department (2 weeks after my initial call,) to request additional follow-up assistance. Unfortunately, I had to ask for a manager because the first 2 customer service agents I spoke with, although very nice, were still unable to help provide me with a digital or paper copy of the specific instruction manual needed for my treadmill. Also, no one could help locate a usable phone number for "THERUN" company to contact them directly after the 2 phone numbers I used never produced a returned call. The manager from the Amazon customer service department who I'd asked to be transferred to (from the second customer service agent who had tried to help,) was thankfully super helpful, courteous, & kind. The manager was the first person able to actually locate a link to an online copy of the instruction manual-- which he sent to me via email while I was on the phone with him. The email he sent me also had a readable link (in English,) to the instruction manual that my Dad had requested. Unfortunately, I now have to pay for the printing of the manual for my Dad to be able to use it, but at least I finally have access to one for him. A big shout-out & THANK YOU to my awesome Amazon customer service supervisor, Mr. Leigh, (located in Cape Town, South Africa,) who helped me over the phone on May 5th, 2025! I hope Mr. Leigh will receive positive feedback for going out of his way to help provide excellent customer service the FIRST time. Mr. Leigh provided MUCH better customer support & assistance in only one phone call. I am extremely disappointed at the LACK of basic customer service that "THERUN" company has still neglected to offer to help in resolving this issue during 2 weeks of email exchanges for such a very basic customer request for a brand new item that is still under warranty. Mr. Leigh deserves a positive note in his employee file & a RAISE for making this right on behalf of Amazon! Thank you Mr. Leigh! 🙂

Exceeded our expectations
After weeks of research we finally decided to buy this treadmill. Our main concern when researching was the length and width of the belt. We are so surprised and happy with this treadmill. The handle height works for all of us ranging from heights of 5'6' to 6'2" and weights ranging from 190 to 280. The auto incline is convenient and smooth, it is very quiet, and the belt picks up speed and slows down smoothly and easily with no slippage. We bought it mainly for walking and I can't imagine anyone of our height trying to run on it. The pad is really not long enough for that. For a quick walk it's perfect. It's worth noting that the height of the handles is perfect for us to maintain a light touch on the handles while walking. If we take our hands off to walk naturally our hands bang painfully into the handles. It's not an issue for us but something to keep in mind if you prefer to swing your arms naturally while you walk on a treadmill. Overall, it was well worth the money we spent, and we all use it daily. It is heavy and sturdy and took about an hour to put together. It's not going to compare to a commercial grade treadmill, but it exceeded our expectations.
