They do NOT contain magnesium!
On the back of the box it say 'product name: magnesium night patch' then lists the ingredients, which do not show magnesium as being on the list of ingredients. If I am understanding this correctly, they are using 'magnesium patch' as a product name NOT a description of the actual product and this is actually a patch containing some herbal stuff and soothing smells. Don't get me wrong, I absolutely believe that these sorts of things can help for some people, but it is absolutely wrong and purposefully deceptive to trick people into buying something by leading them to believe that it's something else. Magnesium has very specific uses that go beyond just helping with relaxing and feeling sleepy, and many people looking to buy a magnesium patch will not be helped at all by the ingredients in this patch. Now I'm going to have to spend more money on REAL magnesium patches.

Don’t waste your money.
This item is no good whatsoever, it is meant to be a magnesium patch, there is no magnesium int it at all. Also meant to have lavender and coconut, they smell of nothing and do not stay stuck on your pillow or clothing. They are under £2 on Temu for exactly the same product. Totally rip off. Don’t waste your money. Seller doesn’t respond either!

Natural relaxing sleep sticker / pads
These sleep patches are o k ...as they don't seem to do anything drastic..they do relax you though & after about an hour ( or two in my case) l did drift off to sleep ..they do smell nice but not pungent as they contain lavender & coconut oil ..you have to stick them onto your clothes or pillows ..but depending on what material your clothes are they don't stick onto polyester /silk very well .but do stay stuck on cotton! You don't wake up feeling groggy at all ..in fact l have woken up refreshed after using them for a few nights ..lm 50/50 on the price band ..but they are worth a try as they do relax you ..if nothing else .. thankyou

Don't stick very well
I regularly use magnesium creams and oils on my feet to successfully treat restless legs, so thought I would dry these patches to see if they would improve my sleep. You get 32 patches in a resealable bag inside a box. The patches have a pretty design on them and smell very pleasantly of Lavender. The idea is to stick a patch on either your pillow or night clothes. The listing does mention skin, but do not think this is correct, besides once I have put my body lotion on, they will not stick anyway. Firstly, I tried them on my nightclothes, but when I awoke in the morning could not find the patch because it had come off in the night. I then tried it on my pillow and could smell it when I was facing it. The only problem is that, as a restless sleeper, I toss and turn and half the time am not facing the patch to get the beneficial effects. In any event, I noticed no difference in my sleep pattern. At the current price of £8.54 for a month’s worth of patches, they are worth a try, but don’t expect miracles.
