If done too fast, you can create tears that could get infected and will likely scar the tunnel internally. Stainless (surgical) steel is corrosion resistant but is NOT antimicrobial/antibacterial, so keep this in mind, and avoid using these on new piercings (< ~5 months). For new piercings, stick to titanium.

Only used one so far. But no issues. Packaging was great with the resealable bag. Always like the multiple steps to make gauging up easier. Really like the quality.

If they was something to stick in there to help guide the bar in then it be good a 5 star for it...but all in all they are good just hard to get in the hole
