Samyang Ramen, 4.23-Ounce Units (Pack of 20)

I decided to try spicy noodles because they were all the rage. This is the only ramyeon I buy after trying a plethora of noodles. The spice level is excellent and actually adds to the flavor vs other spice levels that do nothing but obliterate my sense of taste. I enjoy this ramyeon so much it's a staple in my pantry now.

As a native Korean this has been my favorite ramen, and I was excited to try it out through Amazon. It has a lot more spice and unique flavor than Jin ramen, and although it tastes a little different, the core flavor is right there. Just cook it with an egg or cheese and you’re in for a big treat.

Found this first in a Korean grocery store a few years ago and now I eat it several times a week. Yes some American grocery stores sell Ramen soup but it does not come anywhere close to the quality and taste of this one. If you like Ramen noodle soup, you'll certainly love this one. It also comes in Spicy Hot too but that is too hot for me.

I like how firm the noodles are. Somewhat high in salt content so I use my own soup base.

It tastes quite nice with a good valued price for these 20 packs.

Ever since we hosted Korean students one year and they recommended this soup, my husband and I order them all the time so as to not run out. He adds a few frozen cooked shrimp as it is cooking (5 minutes). Makes a savory luncheon. A bit spicy.

The original is vegetarian, and I like to add plant protein bites and homemade kim chi when I cook it. amazing

Mit diesen Nudeln lässt sich schnell eine kleine Mahlzeit zubereiten. Zu den bestehenden Zutaten noch eine Frühlingszwiebel und ein Ei zugeben und schon ist die leckere Nudelsuppe fertig, Kochzeit 5 Minuten!! (evtl. + 1-2 Minuten, wenn man die Nudeln weicher kochen möchte).

Super delicious ramen noodles with just the right amount of heat (enough to make your tongue tingle.) They almost have a smokey almost barbecue flavour to them, it’s hard to explain but they are amazing. These are one of my go-to lunch options and take 7/8 minutes to prepare on the hob. I enjoy mine with poached eggs and fresh spring onions, occasionally I’ll add carrots into the pan whilst boiling too. EDITED - I'm onto ordering my 6th box so it's safe to say I enjoy them. My partner has now become a fan too. We often have these noodles for dinner with grilled chicken, fresh veg like carrots, broccoli, peas, sweetcorn, spring onions and finish with a boiled egg. Occasionally we also add a steamed gyoza or two if we're feelling quite hungry. I thoroughly recommend trying these noodles. I'd also recommend buying a couple of individual packets before commiting to a box of 20 just incase they are'nt for you.

For Samyang noodles they really don't pack the flavour you would expect. The 2x spicy ones are way to hot for me but I really liked the taste, these however are just... alright? The noodle themselves are thinner than your usual Samyang/Korean ones. Overall, decent, not bad, not great.. just eh.

These are my favourite instant noodles. I initially bought my first pack from an Asian supermarket and loved them so I was so happy to see I could get a package of 20 for a decent price on amazon. 20 lasts me about a year and then I repurchase them. It's got an almost bbq flavour to it and a very subtle spice which is perfect for me with a low spice tolerance. They go great with chicken breast, steak or pork belly and green onions.

I've tried pretty much all of the ramen from my local oriental supermarket and, in my opinion, these are the best. Other Samyang products are often WAAAY too spicy to enjoy, but these have just enough heat to give a little tingle, but not blow your head off. It's been impossible to find them recently, so I had to turn to Amazon, which was a little bit more expensive, but at just over a quid for a delicious lunchtime treat is still well worth it.
