Is it a CCD or a CMOS? You seem to have put in the features section it is a CCD but in the technical details portion you stated it is a CMOS.

The 30D is a CMOS sensor. I would recommend researching the manufacturer's website as well to ensure you are getting all the correct details. It is a GREAT camera. Good Luck.

is the EOS 30D compatible with a tripod

make sure you have one that can support the weight of both camera and lenses that you are using or it could topple and become a very expensive mistake , consult withyour local camera shop ,not best buy use amazon to purchase a good used one once you found a brand you like...cheers

Can i attach any kind of leans in this camera.

You can use any lens designed for EOS auto-focus cameras. A couple of the latest digital lenses won’t function, but all others for crop and full sized sensors are good.
