5x Acana 2675-1 Hanging Moth Killer and Lavender Freshener - White (Pack of 4)

I’ve bought these moth proof items before. They do work - I have cotton, linen, silk, wool and leather items. You do have to follow instructions as to size of wardrobes and time use. I like wearing natural fabrics but sadly moths like them too!I also cover cashmere things with plastic bags as well as using moth proofers as cashmere is too expensive to lose. Don’t pack your clothes too tightly and wash before storing as moths don’t like clean clothing as much as worn items.This company delivers on time and has cheaper deal on number of packs for those supplied.

this product is so easy to use just take it out of the packet and hang in the wardrobe. The front of the packet will show END when it needs to be replaced in 6 months.

I’ve been using these for years to preserve my wool jumpers or silk shirts from the pesky moths and I’ve found them excellent. Very important to keep up with changing them , but otherwise for me they work

Prompt delivery and does the job perfectly. Each unit is easy to fit in place and clearly indicates when it needs replacing. Well priced - no complaint!

I bought these products a few months back as I wanted to have them in store and use later in time. I decided to refresh the products that I had, so I opened these boxes a few days back only to discover that although the products were sealed and far from the expiry date (which would be 9 months after), the hangers were all showing that they were no longer functional (the END message was appearing on the relevant window).This is not the first time that I had bought these Acana hangers and this had occurred, it had happened to me in the past a couple of times but I was hoping that my previous experiences may have just been a bad batch.I contacted the seller twice and both times their response was that it was past the 30 days of purchase so based on their policy, there is nothing they can do. I am quite annoyed by the "machine says no" response as this is by no means good customer service. It is clear that there was an issue with the product in the first place and, yes, I have been late in noticing but this doesn't take away the seller's responsibility of providing right-quality products.Very disappointing experience.

Expiry date on box and inside packet 17/09/21, but fully expired 30/04/21.Total waste of money. Went to replace the expired one hanging in the wardrobe and found the complete unopened boxful shows the 'END' symbol, six months before the expiry date.As for the ratings below, Scent gets 1 star, there is no scent as the thing has expired; I am not going to rate the others. They may be easy to use and easy to assemble but not much cop if they don't work!A refund would be nice, but I'm not raising my hopes.

Not as advertised. The Acana boxes are not the Freshener with lavender type
