The media could not be loaded.  I purchased this pillow because I wanted a little more head support while lounging on a lower-backed couch. The shape was intriguing, and it looked small enough to easily be tucked out of the way when not in use.When it arrived, it was the perfect cradle for my head. I carry stress in my neck and shoulders, and I was thrilled that it immediately relieved some tension that had been causing discomfort at the base of my skull for days. It allowed all my neck and shoulder muscles to fully relax, and the sudden disappearance of the pain was amazing. It is a firmer memory foam as some others have stated (I attached a video for reference), but this is what makes the support so great. It is not uncomfortable, and it still has give. I don't think I would try to sleep with it, though. I especially like how you can change the position to get the most support and comfort based on what feels best. This was definitely a fantastic purchase.

The whole concept is good but it's too firm. I need to run it over with the car a few times to soften it up. Feel like it jacks my neck up too high.

It is well made. Hard to put back in bag especially if you’re in hurry on a plane. Has a bit of a learning curve since you can use it so many ways. Works well for someone’s head and another persons arm under and through the curve provided while sleeping so Their arm doesn’t fall asleep :)

This neck pillow is great! It comes in a travel back so it is small and secure. It is very comfortable and supportive and feels incredibly soft. I have neck issues and usually have issues with my muscles in my neck when I travel. I used this on a recent business trip and was very comfortable on the airline and did not have as many neck issues as normal. I really like this pillow and definitely recommend it.

I spent quite a while trying to find a neck pillow that would actually support my neck better in my chair for long days at work. I gave this one a shot with its unique shape, and I have been very satisfied! It helps hold my head forward, and is really comfortable. It is memory foam, but the slightly firmer variety, which feels just right for my needs.

Pillow is very uncomfortable and hard to use

I got this to put as a headrest on my office chair. Because of the shape, it stays propped in place very well. It's made from what feels like memory foam, it's small but curved so it keeps your head steady without taking up a lot of room. It also came with a bag that's small, so you can squish it down and put in your carry-on bag to bring on a plane.

This pillow would be perfect if it was larger. It's roughly 11*10*4.5 inches, so it's much smaller than the picture implied. This might help when flying, but I got it for napping in the car, and it's just too small for that. The quality is great, I just wish there was more to this pillow.
