I got a fake :( misleading specifications. not as advertised!

bad quality productpacking ripped open in the box.the display is scratched.the quality of pictures and video are not even 720p more like upscaled 480peven when you choose 1080p quality and full 12mp resolutionIts not even the right model.I got the wrong thingI got 140* camera angleand I got 12MP camera (really only 2MP at best. its just upscaled!!)Very blurry video.Please send the right thing as advertised!!It came with a dead battery as well. Had to charge it to use it.I am disappointed :(
