I was only really able to take children's vitamins. I would get nauseous even if I took them before bed. At the advise of my (expensive) private doctor, she recommended these. Although the bottle says take 3, I started with one, then two. This along with a newer and improved diet and exercise has pulled me up from the slumps. I am now on my 2nd bottle and starting to step up the exercise routine just a little. I have a few genetic faults that cause certain disorders and syndromes. One thing those genetic faults causes is chemical sensitivity. I have a super radar detector can can tell when I am taking garbage or a "pure nutrient," and this is definitely an excellent product. There are cheaper options out there, but you will not get the same results. I recommend this for people that are sick with certain diseases (talk to your doctor) or have nausea easily, motion sickness, chemical sensitivity, or other disorders. There are also herbal supplements from Pure encapsulations, as well as target specific compounds, like those with bone disorders, recent fractures, those for zinc specifically, Magnesium, etc. I have also taken the Ashwagandha herbal capsule, but can not distinguish if it is helping me or changing anything yet., but as for the Ultranutrient, hands down, 100 thousand percent, I recommend it.

Not all supplements and brands are created equal. I trust this brand. My blood tests show improvement and I feel I’m sleeping more adequately. My watch analytics show evidence of this. This is a supplement everyone should take and I recommend this brand. I have this on my re-order list.
