Super Easy to follow instructions. Would HIGHLY recommend this product and provider! They also hook you up with some freebies. Not sure about their support team, only because I didn’t need them, Which is a great thing in my book. I’m sure if you did need any help or support then they would be just as phenomenal as the product. Also comes with lab testing results and other important documentation.

Mine came frozen solid, not their fault but I wish they said can't send in winter. When mine arrived the temperature was -22, yep neg. Twenty two degrees but I'll try it anyway . Free gifts came,just a bummer the frozen poo art . Lesson learned . I'll probably order again. I will also update as I always,do. Very small bottle love this item

This product works well. It took my first try, 6 applications before reversing, and I was able to pollenize 12 females. Purchased this a second time yesterday. This is a must have product, along with other freebies included. An sure there's other good things out there, this has been reliable for us and keeping with what we are trying to do. Thanks again.

This product works, it took an entire bottle of colloidal silver to switch but it does exactly what the description says. Great product and awesome freebies. I found my new company to order from!

I used it for a school final project. It didnt worked and I followed directions. So that's what I did with it and why I dislike it. But it was made right in a way!
