Easy to install on my Forester, just snapped into place with all no modifications needed at all. I wanted to wire these up with my fog lights in the front, so when I use the fog light switch to turn the front ones on, these would turn on as well.Package arrives with no wiring instructions, so you will have to have some knowledge on writing up lights onto your car.The lights come hardwired to the red lens. The harness has three wires to hook up, black, red, & white. I wanted mine to stay on the brightest setting, so I hooked up the black(ground) and the red(12volts). You can easily hook these up to your brake lights if you wanted to be more visible with your braking. All you would need to do is wire them into your brake light harness instead of what I did.

It's a little darker than I expected but it is tinted so there you go lol easy to install and I like the way it looks

Again, a good product. Fit is excellent but comes with no instructions. I followed a video instruction from another seller. When you hit your brake pedal with your lights turned on, they don’t get brighter. I tried reversing 2 wires to no avail. With the lights turned off they do illuminate but not right enough to be considered brake lights. They look more like rear fog lights which is good because they do provide more rear light than just the 2 corner taillights so Im satisfied.

Great look to the car, added more light to the rear end. Installation was easy, l followed the instructions given in the question and answer section, black to black but I had to change the directions for the red and white wires. Red to brown with white tracer and white to blue wire. They were reversed for my car. When connected the suggested way the brake light was dim and the running light was bright. Must be the different year, mine is a 2018. Everything works great!!!

Added lighting for family vehicle, looks great. Relatively easy to install if you have a little bit of electrical and automotive knowledge. Nice and bright. Would definitely recommend to others

Product installed in 2014 Subaru Forester. Upon testing - Passenger side reflector lights worked for brakes but not for running lights. Troubleshot down to voltage getting to sealed assembly but unable to pursue problem due to sealed reflector light assembly. (internal fault and unable to correct). No quality assurance with this set. Company states that Item must be retained in the condition that is originally stated in that Any physical alteration such as soldering, cutting, or painting will void the return. Installation requires pinching the insulation so that wires make contact with the electrical wiring of the vehicle. Lets see what happens upon the return of this item.
