It is a CROSS - What Else is there to Say?
Beautiful CROSS pen & pencil set. I previously had a CROSS pen/pencil set but it disappeared over the years. I needed a set for a business trip I'm about to take. This one fits the bill and then some. I highly recommend this pen/pencil set.

The mechanical pencil is defective
I received this set as a present in August 2020. The first lead lasted 2 months but I'm not able to load a new lead. I think the mechanism is broken as I found a bunch of broken pieces of lead inside. Where can I get some assistance? An exchange or free repair would be nice after only 2 months of use.
