As mentioned in the description "World Class Product". Its imported from US so the build and performance is absolutely superb, there is no such negative prospect of the product as everyone is used to LED indicator that's the missing feature. When its compared with the domestic product of same brand, there is no match in terms of price and performance. As i was using Philips QT 4011 best among many and some other brand trimmers also, it has some extra attachments which fulfills the purpose and justify the Title. According to price it seems costly but it has a charger and run time of 1 hour which is not available in new series of Philips trimmer. You should go for this its worth the money.

Initially I was quite confused whether to buy this one as there is no warranty in India. However since this is a 3rd party seller and I had placed a preapid order, I could not cancel it afterwards. Also there were 2 products on Amazon.in bearing the same name; one with a lower star rating and this one with a bit higher and favourable reviews. So I decided to go with this one and I was very surprised as it was delivered within one week. Hats off to the seller(ibhejo.com) for such quick and hasslefree experience. Coming to the product, its such a masterpiece. You get all your trimming needs even close to a clean shave if you use it without attachement. Cons:- i) No charging indicator. ii) Had to buy an indian to US plug converter.

I have been using trimmers for quite some time now. The offer on this Philips Norelco multigroom trimmer was too good to pass. There were no problems with the delivery. The first thing that I found out about this trimmer was the US pin charger. Nowhere in the product description was it mentioned that it had a US pin charger. The attachments are a little loose. But the motor and performance of the trimmer are unmatched in keeping with standards of Philips. Compared to other products that I have used over the years I find this a good one. But problems including the US pin charger(lack of mention in the product description) and slightly loose attachments have marred my experience a bit. Overall a good product.

Very good product but the charging pin provided is US pin, so you need to buy a charging pin converter along with this to use it in India.

first of all its a great product. * it took 14 days to deliver my order, since its from US it takes time. * tracking ID provided . * the product is 10 attachment not 13. * the trimmer works fine and up to its expectation * weight less but strong, while the trimmer is on it shows its quality * smoother than expected. * easy to clean and use . * the beard looks like a 2 days after shave * nose trimmer works fine , no issues * the only problem is the charger is US pin not Indian pin, so we have to buy an adopter (buy in local market ,30/- even good quality) * no charging indicator (first time charges around 5 to 6 hours ) * there is a pouch which is useful for storage and carry * the other attachments are as usual (for hair cut purpose) PROBLEMS *The attachment dose not do its job.always trims thinner than its size eg;(size 3=zero, size 5=2)

After buying the trimmer, with the already charged battery u can use the trimmer for 3 to 4 times. But while using the charger after a month once the full battery is drained, it will not charge. By the time you realize that the charger is not working or device is not getting charged, your replacement or return period will get over. You can't test the charging status in the beginning itself since there is no charge light indicator in the device as well as charger. Big time cheating. Amazon should answer for this.
