Ima be honest, I was skeptical on how well this product works after hearing it all over tiki tok but they are definitely onto something. I got the exosome 2000 yesterday and used it the same night. I admit, yes it does itch and sting but its tolerable and went away after like 30 - 45 mins of using. It didnt make my skin red, which was surprising. My current routine is: Pm only; - anua oil cleanser - anua deep pore cleanser - anua 70 toner - (now) medicue one day exosome shot 2000 - (now) corsx vitamin c 23 - corsx snail mucin essence - Neutrogena firm moisturizer or anua daily lotion [ i like to switch between the two ] Im 31 years old, my skin is textured with dark spots, dull and I have a chubby face with few fine lines, scars and huge pores on the apples of my cheeks and some on my nose. I get millia under my eyes/ on the top of my cheek sometimes. Its not too close to the thin skin under my eyes. Today ( the next morning) I noticed my pore are visibly smaller. Wow really?! Yes really! even after 1 use. It's like an exfoliant that my skin needed. (Paula's choice bha, aha exfoliating toner sucks and did not work for me). I noticed my skin was softer and the Milia looks like it opened up and the ball inside is ready to fall out. This product will become part of my skincare routine for sure! I will repurchase and highly suggest this product.

If you're familiar at all with microneedling, this is the same idea. There are little spicy led (to y dissolving needles) in this serum that make micro channels in your skin to allow products to penetrate more deeply. It also has three gentle chemical exfoliants to smooth and brighten skin. It's a fairly thick, non-sticky serum, and it prickles quite a bit when you massage it in. I bought this on a whim and found out later that this is NOT "beginner strength". A starter serum would be a 100 ppm level. 2000 is definitely more intense and I do get some irritation immediately afterward. I own a professional grade microneedling machine, but between setting it up and sterilizing, it just feels like more of a project than I want to do for shallow, frequent needling. This serum is a nice shortcut and really, really speeds up the results I see from other products, and I use it roughly o CD a week.

I purchased this product and it waz shipped out and delivered on time and with care. I used it right away and I want to give a detailed description about this item I received. I washed my face and I put a good amount on my face and it felt cool on the skin and right away you can feel it working. Rubbing it on the skin feels pretty good and than you start to feel a prickly feeling the more you work it into the skin, it doesn't hurt, it just feels like if you got fiberglass on the skin and you only feel that when touching the skin otherwise you wouldn't feel anything. A lil time went by and my skin started to get a slight sunburn look, it's exactly the same feeling as when you use dermaroller or stamp. It really is a needle less product and does the very same thing. Skin will feel warm cause blood is coming up to the skin which you want, to receive younger looking skin. It's plumping and the pores shrink and skin really looks amazing as it's working. The prickly feeling lasts throughout the night till next day and you wake up with a glow which feels good cause that's what we're looking for being age 53. I also added the medicube jelly collagen cream to give it an extra boost of hydration and adding the collagen it helps getting directly into the skin and the 2 together work wonders! This product helps us to deliver other products deeper into the skin so using the 2 is like a powerful regimen together! You will love the results. I used red light therapy to help as well and the 3 together makes the skin look amazing as well! It seems the more you touch your skin, the more you're allowing the product to work actively. Think of it as dermarolling and adding in serum as well as the red light therapy only the dermaroller has needles. I've used many products throughout time and dermaroller has given me the best results and these products here give exactly the same results only i love the outcome much better! I will continue using these products and highly recommend them to everyone who truly wants to get their glow back and look years younger in such a short time. My only regret is waiting to purchase these products but now I have them and plan on purchasing more. The night time mask is next. I compare this to frownies but much better due to me not ripping the patches from the skin and the mask is less invasive and works exactly the same, you're not missing any part of the skin when be able to apply it all over the face. I can't wait till I can update this after a couple of months of using these products. I had to explain in detail due to comments I've seen about how much it hurt cause it was the reason it took me longer to purchase this. It doesn't hurt and I hope you purchase it and try it cause I know you won't regret it at all. You'll be smiling cause as we age, our bodies change and I know I lost the natural glow i used to have and it's all back thanks to these products!! Thank you medicube for amazing products!! I love this SO MUCHHHH it makes my skin feel so soft and plump and helps fade my acne scars more than anythingg atm-- especially paired with vitamin c!!! 😊 BUT BRO AFTER USING THIS FOR LIKE 3 months I think??? THE SILVER PAINT STARTED CHIPPING OFF AND GETS ALLL over my hands before I get to even use it... Like look at it vro...💔 Then I'm rubbing pieces of silver all over my face, into my skin etc. and it sticks like glitter... It's the WORST bro it's soso so annoying plz this part of it is so unnecessary plzz js make it white without the silver coating 💔 Love u... Anyway the product itself works really nicely!! this is the only skincare i use i have dry sensitive skin and this brand is phenomenal i actually see results and keep seeing results it is the healthiest and prettiest my skin has been i get compliments all the time on my skin it is glowing and my cosmetics lay perfectly and flawless on my skin now i cannot say enough good things about medicube

UPDATE 2.14.25: I really really like this stuff. No it isn't the only new thing I've been tinkering with, but it is the only new active I've thrown into my routine. Aside from playing around with some Eight Saints cleanser & scrub, this was about it. I've been using this every other day and rotating it with my tretinoin (I think I even used them on the same night at some point). I use it with my cos de serums vit c & niacinamide (carried in a base HA serum). Your skin will feel smoother than it has ever felt, you'll touch it in the shower after you wash your cleanser away and wonder whose skin you're touching. I'm not kidding. After using it last night and cleansing this morning in the shower, I got out and applied my simple HA serum with a drop each of niacinamide & vit c. Let those soak in while I messed with my hair stuff. I could see shininess on my skin in the mirror. Since I'm a very oily skinned person, I assumed it was oil already from my serums. I was wrong. There was no oil, it was smooth, "dry", shiny glass skin... not "flawless" skin mind you (I have sun damage, sebaceous hyperplasia, and hyperpigmentation from being a Sun Goddess when younger), but clean glowy glass oil-free skin. I was astonished. Texture of my skin has never felt like this. I plan to amp this up and try VT's Reedle shot once I'm done with this bottle and add my serums to that for increased absorption. But as far as this "hydrolyzed sponge" bio-microneedle ingredient stuff goes... very very cool. As someone who has done lots of medical microneedling at home with Dr. Pen, this is an awesome alternative or in between sessions way of maintaining effective skincare ingredient absorption. ORIGINAL REVIEW: Used it for the first time the day I got it. I also routinely use Rx tretinoin cream & Paula's Choice BHA liquid and Mandelic Acid/Lactic Acid liquid. Of course I didn't use any of those when I wore this in the evening after doing an LED mask red light session. Based on other reviews (and b/c I've never used a PHA) I was very apprehensive about the potential "needle" sensation from the spica(?)... ummm, it was like nothing for me, I was actually a little disappointed. I was bracing myself for something worse than microneedling. This did not feel anything close to that. Yes, there were some tingles & prickles here and there, but I've applied 8-10% liquid AHAs to my face before that were WAY more stinging/burning than this was. I'm excited to keep using this item and see how things improve. I plan to adhere to the suggested q3 days and rotate it with my tretinoin. ***The ONLY reason I think my skin is ok with this item from Medicube (I'm still new to their products & dipping my toes after being solely a Cos de Baha, CeraVe, & PC user) is that this is one of the FEW items they have that seems to NOT contain FRAGRANCE! Kudos Medicube... if only all of your products were like that, b/c unfortunately, as much as I wanted to keep the collagen cream, the fragrance was so strong on my face at night that my eyes were burning/stinging from the "fumes" by morning... no bueno Medicube - get the perfume out of your products please!***

I’ve been using the Medicube Zero Exosome Shot 7,500 PPM spicule serum at night every other night, and I’m impressed. It has a light prickly/tingly feel like you’d expect, but for me it’s not too painful and it settles down quickly. After a few uses, my skin already looks smoother and feels more even, especially in areas where I notice texture and pores. How I’m using it: clean, dry skin → thin layer → simple moisturizer. Tip: I keep the rest of my routine gentle on the nights I use this (no extra strong actives). Bottom line: 5 stars so far. It feels like it’s actually working without being miserable to use.

Nothing like feeling like you are rubbing shards of glass all over your face. I was terrified at first but realized this probably means it’s a really great product. My zit looks 100x better than when i use my tretenoin. I’ve been quickly upping my medicube products which has made me stop needing/using my tret!! HIGHLYYYYYYYY recommend! You don’t need much, it does dry quickly. It’s lightweight and oddly does feel hydrating. I paired with the triple collagen cream (AHHHMAZING)! Not sticky and i enjoy the scent!!
