im 7 weeks postpartum & at the heaviest i've ever been.i wasn't convinced that i was actually a xxl based on the chart so i ordered a large & it obviously ended up being too small.so swallow your pride & go by the chart! i ordered my bigger size with one day shipping because i'm so excited to get it back! i already loved the shape it gave me when i had it on & the material was really nice.will update my review once i receive it again (:

WOW. Not worth it. True the pricing is low. Still not worth dime. It's bunchy at my waist, has low quality clasps, and ripples so much it's not wearable under anything that isn't baggy. I've purchased better options at this same low price. I've tried several brands. Ann cherry, squeem, and several knock-offs. I'm 5 foot 103 pounds. This offered no real squeeze even at the proper size. It's almost not elastic at all. Not stiff or tight, very flimsy. Keep looking.

This thing looks great hanging on the handle of my wife's treadmill. I'm not really sure why it hasn't made it's way into the attic where all of her other "weight loss " purchases went . Some day when I start working out I will carry the treadmill to the attic too. Move over ab-cruncher, thigh buster, climb thingy, and workout dvd's this thing takes up less space !!

It's kind of long on my torso were it rubs up against the front of my upper legs and I didn't expect that. So this is not the product for you if your torso deprived like myself:)

Seems to be very cheaply made. Already one of the hooks is trying to pop out of its seam, and the ribs are poking. I only plan to train while sleeping so hopefully it doesn’t bend as much as it seems it will. It has a very loose fabric on the inside that makes it difficult to fasten. The look is typical but the material, feels weird.

I have bought several different waist trainers, and this is by far the best! Others bunch up, but this one does not. I only wear it when doing cardio.

I dislike this waist trainer. Super uncomfortable feels ok the first few times but, afterwards somehow you start to feel all the wires and it kinda cuts you. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. Not worth it at all😳😡
