This is the second Dreo fan I bought in a month. I bought one for the living room first. I fell in love with the power and quietness of that fan, so when I saw this one with a light, I bought it for my bedroom. I have the benefit of a fan circulatng the air in the room and the light acts as a nightlight for when I have to get up in the middle of the night or when I wake up and it's still dark, but I need just enough light to grab my robe to let the dog outside to go potty.It is so nice to have multiple ways of controlling the fan. The fan itself has controls, a remote, and an app, and it can be controlled with your Alexa device. I have so many things controlled by my Alexa device. I swear, my house is smarter than I am at this point.The fan does the traditional oscillation, going side to side, but can also oscillate up and down. I had no idea that was a thing or how much it helped circulate the air. Every fan has multiple speeds, but this fan has multiple types of air flow. I love the natural setting. It is like going from a light breeze to a slightly stronger one. I also appreciate the scheduling feature. You can schedule your fan to turn on or off at specific times or days.I live in an area that has some pretty hot summers, and this helps reduce the stress on my air conditioner while being super quiet. I have yet to get this fan past speed 3. It does wonders, and I look forward to many summers with this fan. The price may seem high to some, but it is so worth it, and if it lasts longer than one summer, it is better than all the other fans I've bought in the past.

Best fan I have ever owned. Very quiet, very pretty - the only fan I saw that I thought I could leave in the middle of my living room, and it has turned out to look as good as I had hoped - we've gotten compliments. The remote control is very handy since it lets me precisely set both the vertical and horizontal positioning of the fan which is very useful if you are trying to cool specific areas. My previous floor fan didn't angle down far enough to dry carpet when necessary after cleaning a spill, but this one does it perfectly. Also, Dreo gave me the best customer service i have had in a long time. I requested an additional remote since I know that my kids are going to lose the original that came with the product, so I emailed customer support and received a same-day reply. And after emailing them back a picture of the remote and my order confirmation from Amazon, i just received confirmation that they are sending me another remote and the tracking number - all done within 24 hours. You don't receive customer service like that much these days. I don't know if Tracy (Hesung) at Dreo support is representative of all of their customer service people or not, but she was fantastic - i hope she gets some recognition from this review. I read some reviews and I agree it was challenging to spend this much on a fan but I promise you I have NO BUYERS REMORSE! This is the greatest fan I have ever used in my life. I love that it has an app and I use it mostly instead of the remote because I have more control over the fan, I feel like it’s much easier to work the fan with the app and the remote just happens to work on a portable heater that is nearby so I guess that is plus in case I ever lose the remote to the heater. This fan is aesthetically pleasing and keeps the room so cool. The app even tells the temperature of the room. The lighting is just an added bonus. I love that I can make it nearly any color imaginable. But that is not why I bought it. I’m to the age where I’m starting to have some hot flashes at night that wake me up and I wasn’t getting a very good night sleep but now that I have this fan it keeps me cool all night and I am able to enjoy uninterrupted sleep. WORTH EVERY PENNY!

I love this fan! Putting it together was ridiculously simple. The base is heavy but that will keep the fan from tipping over. It's stylish and so very functional, especially after downloading the app. I have my fan set to come on automatically at the same time every evening and I was able to schedule it to turn off different times to coincide with my work schedule. Because I can control how much the fan oscillates, I can keep the air off my husband who doesn't really like a fan blowing on him. I have the speed set on 3 and it's really quiet. Well worth the money!

Huge fan! 😎😂 Awkward in shape, beautiful blowing. Seriously though: Great quality, has weight to it and doesn’t feel cheap, easy to assemble, love the remote, less than 1 min to set up app and connect to Alexa, tons of features and customizations possible, quiet if needed, turbo is amazing, love that it feels like a natural breeze without all the noise. You forget it’s even on! The room circulation is perfect. 😍 Very happy. Alexa connection and app is my fav feature! Just buy it!

I would have given product 5 stars if it worked as advertised and as stated in paper manual. Seems to me communication, translations are lacking and incorrect information from overseas. Fan works well and produces plenty of air circulation and lots of programable features. My issue is with the fan display backlit default on the fan itself. Display goes dark after 1 minute of adjusting features. Manual says you can change this to stay on during daylight hours. This would tell me what mode it's in and fan speed at a glance without having to use a app on cellphone. You cannot do this! It doesn't work. Dreo customer support is "sweet talking" me in many text messages sent with no fix or good explanation. It's the good "ole run around" given. I also signed up and registered two products. When I log in, no information is given about the products I purchased or warranty. Not good in my opinion.
