Suuuuuuuuuper cheap piece of junk. I mean, I knew a $20 rod/reel would be a cheapy pile, but man.... i have a $25 Quantum rod/reel combo that's practically been through the war, and it's still working perfectly. Never been a fancy fishin gear kind of guy, caught a bajillion fish on Walmart tackle. But this thing ain't worth ypur time.The rod is so flimsy it broke in shipping and snapped in half when I pulled it out of the box. So I put the reel on another ultralight rod I have, and the daggon crank handle screw backs out when you reel the thing! So your handle falls off every third or fourth cast! Garbage.

Dollar for dollar, this is the most fun you'll have fishing. The only problem is that Amazon ships them almost completely loose inside a square-profile mailer and easily 50% of the shipments are damage (typically bent guides or missing guide rings. You're nearly guaranteed to be sending one back immediately on receipt.That stated....get one or a half-dozen and get out there fishing - the performance is really quiet good and the bang-fo-the-buck is exceptional in a time of over-priced everything.

excellent - but ignore idiot complaints from morons who use them for other than what they were made for...I mean, you don't use a toothpick as fire wood, so - why use this small game fish outfit for larger fish?!

I ordered the 7ft 1 piece ultralight fishing pole what I got was half I repeat half of a 2 piece fishing pole don't buy this obviously they cannot send packages correctly or write an accurate description

I really like the rod and reel, however, they put 4# test and I immediately changed it to 8# test. We have alot of fun going catfishin w/ mirco lights. They put up one heck of a fight!

All were on this pole just changed the line to spider braid line

Love this rod! I’ve had it over 2 months and Was looking for a rod that I could throw little tackle on and it’s great. Keep in mind that it is an ultralight so the pole itself is meant for smaller fish and will break if you do not play your drag correctly!!
