Best product on the market to neutralize/remove all traces of pet/animal urine odor
There's no better product that I've ever come across that truly neutralizes/treats and completely removes animal urine odor. I've used it on renovation projects where there has been damage from pets as well as rodents urine and when used as directed, completely eradicates any/all odor with no residual left behind. Expensive but worth every dollar !!

Oh. My. God. This stuff is amazing.
This is quite simply the best odor remover available. It will completely eradicate the smell of pet urine, so that even the pets don't smell traces of it any more. And it adds no obnoxious smell of its own. Yeah, it's pricey, but worth every cent. Get the starter kit that has a spray bottle marked for the right amounts, and make sure you follow the instructions. It can take a few days to completely wipe out stubborn smells, but if you can get the SCOE on the source of the smell it will work. This stuff saved my house after my cats waged a territorial war on my carpet. You can use an 18 gauge hypodermic needls, available cheap on Amazon, to inject some under carpet or into upholstery. However, if urine soaks down into the wood--subflooring or furniture frames--you may not be able to saturate it enough to work effectively.

Works Better Than Anything Else I Tried
I have tried just about everything sold on here for urine clean-ups from my beloved aging dogs. One is a tri-paw cancer survivor and the other is just old. This is the one that actually works for me even though sometimes a 2nd treatment may be needed. But I am writing this review after reading some of the others to say this. It is important to do the dilution correctly or you are just wasting product. The instructions says even if you do more than the 9:1 or 8:1 dilution it will not work any better. For my 24 oz bottle, I use just over 2.5 oz of product, fill the rest of the bottle with lukewarm water and let it sit for 20 minutes before I use. (I usually get a little over 5 bottles out of this 13 oz concentrate) They also say don't spray it on the stain to pour it on the stain and make sure it gets beyond the edges of the pee. I let it sit on the stain for a couple of hours (sometimes longer if I forget) before I soak it up with a towel or for bigger stains I use a cheap wet vac (another lifesaver for me). This process has saved my sanity since I can not tolerate the smell of pee and would be mortified if someone visited me and smelled pee in my house. This works for the stain and the smell therefore for me it is worth the $41.

HOLY GRAIL CAT URINE ERASER
If this product did not work perfectly for you, please know it was due to user error. (Sorry to sound self righteous but I truly believe people either under or over dilute or do not apply enough product for the correct time) It is not meant to be used like a cleaning spray. It is a saturate and wait type product that has to be mixed properly. If diluted properly and applied correctly it will remove even the most vile of cat urine odor. I use a 1 gallon pump sprayer as the product stays good even after mixed -so why not have this on hand… If a cat pees on a soft surface I use a large colorist /condiment style bottle to saturate almost as though it were a syringe. Apply broadly if on carpet or upholstery … imagine how urine would spread into carpet and below… then apply with that in mind and beyond- do not just spray it on carpet or fabric. IT NEEDS TO SATURATE POROUS SURFACES. I use the gallon pump sprayer for (non porous) litter box cleaning, accidents on hard surfaces, if a kitten sprayed onto some baseboard or like a table leg. KEEP AREA WET for AT LEAST 30 mins, even if that means you have to place like a plastic trash bag over the area to keep Scoe from evaporating or drying before that time. Reapply again if severe. Never use straight, always dilute properly. TRUST ME THIS WORKS. This has made my life so much better and easier. Anything that is negative about being a cat person is ERASED due to this miracle liquid. I LOVE SCOE. I do not have tons of cat pee in my home, but even a tiny drop can cause distress for me… this is the HOLY GRAIL of enzyme cleaning products.

Too expensive
It's good. Does the job. But it's jumped $10 in 6 months. Since you really do have to soak whatever you're trying to eliminate, 1 gallon of this is only going to last for about 5 uses. I use it for a problem cat that pees on stuff. $42 a gallon is ridiculous
