Hello, there are markings on the PCB however all units must be fitted by a qualified electrician in this field in line with the guarantee on the product.

No it does not have an on off switch. You would need to fit an inline of/off switch before the KFT10522 or switch it off at the mains. Yes, the unit works from a 240v input, which then converts the power to 12v.
