These capsules are a good size and easy to swallow, with no noticeable taste or odor. The recommended dose is three a day, and with 90 capsules per bottle, it lasts about a month. I haven’t experienced any side effects, which is a plus, but honestly, I haven’t noticed any real difference after taking them for several weeks. I do like that the ingredient list is clear and includes a blend of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. While I don’t mind taking them, I feel like the supplement didn’t really live up to its promises.

I took these pills as prescribed on the bottle (3/day) and there was absolutely no change at all. I do not recommend purchasing this item. There was no increase blood flow anywhere in my body. My BP remained the same before, during and after taking this for over a month. The manufacture "implies" better circulation to your "member" and this is also not true. There was no medical benefit at all.

After using it, I noticed a numbness in both my hands. I wasn’t sure at first, so I stopped using it for about three weeks started using it again and the numbness reappeared. I don’t recommend it to anyone.
