This is an ingenous training and practice device. It is made out of a very firm foam and must have some sort of core in it. When you step on it, the foam has just enough give that you need to have good core strength and control to hold yourself steady on the foot rest, does feel as though you are being held by a hand, with the need for you to continually adjust and correct your positon. My daughter loves it, and so do her friends. I've tried it, I'm 170 plus pounds, and I get the same experience she does and she's 90 lbs. Very well constructed and excellent trainer for any stunter.

My daughter loves this!!! She is on this stunt stand daily!! We searched through a lot of other products before finding this one. Once we decided to just buy it, we were more than satisfied with this product!!

Nearly an Overnight Difference
Purchased for my granddaughter and she practiced for hours. A day later she was holding poses. Her confidence soared. So pleased with this because she young. I wanted something that was good for beginners and kept her relatively close to the ground. The balance trainer did the job.

I bought this for my daughter who is in competition cheer. She weighs 90lbs.It does the job, but isnt very sturdy. It squishes down when you stand on it, but than again so do hands when your a Flyer. I'm not sure if its supposed to be real sturdy or not?

It works great for my daughter whose a cheerleader. She is the flyer so they have to have great balance. She has been able to get more confidence in her balance since getting this product. Highly recommended

Super light and not too bulky
I was worried how this would hold up as the base is made of the same material as tumbling mats. I am an adult and hit held my full weight! Super light and not too bulky!!!
