Fit perfect on my 2003 Trailblazer but it doesn't use all the same connection points. Wish I could be more specific but I did this job months ago, just don't be surprised if you have a screw left over. Honestly I could be remembering wrong, maybe the difference was in the new brake light. Certainly not a problem, either way. I just hope that you, the potential buyer of this item, don't find your old one glued on with expanding foam and three kinds of adhesive, like mine was. Also, take care not to damage your main wire bundle that goes from the liftgate into the roof because this vehicle can be disabled easily by lack of connectivity to the BCM.

Very good replacement had to make one small modification to one of the small hooks at the top but other than that fit fantastic

Part hasn't even been on my vehicle for a full month and it's falling apart. The part that you screw on to attach it has completely disconnected from the main piece, leaving it incredibly loose to the point I had to tape it to my back hatch so it won't fly off when I drive down the highway. Because it was purchased 38 days ago, the return/refund policy claims I can't do anything about it. Highly disappointed with this item and incredibly upset with the amount of money I paid for a piece that fell apart within a couple of weeks. Would not recommend this product at all.

Can't find for envoy so we cut the end of and it looks great. FYI this with new side pieces will fit the envoy with out modifications. The envoy part # is 1 digit off

Hi, I haven't installed it on my 2005 GMC Envoy yet, I just tried it out and at least the screws fit into their sockets. I'll just have to trim it at both ends because it sticks out a bit. It's a good fix.

This mounted perfectly on a 2004 Trailblazer, no issues at all. The old molding was seriously beat up, to the point that the third brake light was literally rattling around inside of the molding! The old SUV looks great with the new molding, and a new brake light! Great buy, IMO, for the price!
