I LOVE this vitamin. As someone with PCOS, I wanted to try something that would regulate and stable my hormones. I started out with 2 capsules a day, rather than the 6, as it was too much for me and gradually increased. I am currently on my second bottle. It has helped with menstrual regulation, and blood sugar levels TREMENDOUSLY!

Tresc: Great supplement that combines Myo-Inositol and D-Chiro Inositol with essential vitamins like B6 and B12 as well as important minerals like magnesium and zinc. It’s a nice bonus to have these included since they complement the inositol and reduce my need for other separate supplements. The daily dose is 3 to 6 capsules, depending on your preference. I appreciate the flexibility. I’ve found them easy enough to swallow with a full glass of water. In terms of effectiveness, it’s always challenging to gauge right away, especially with supplements aimed at balancing hormones. Based on recommendations, I plan to take it consistently for a few months, which is usually the timeframe needed to really see results. I havent felt alot of difference…waiting a bit more to see

I have not been using this long enough to report on long term effects. I have also never written a review on a product before but I just HAD to on this one. TMI warning: talking about women's body functions. Before purchasing I read several reviews about women experiencing getting their menstrual cycle on the second day taking these after not having one for a long period of time. I was skeptical, but that was not my primary reason for taking them anyways. Well, I received my bottle late in the day so I took one dose in the evening with dinner and didn't think anything of it. I woke up the next morning with pressure and bloating and started my cycle that day! I havent had a cycle in months (at least 10 months, maybe more, I stopped keeping track) due to PCOS. I am excited to continue these and see how they help with managing hormones so I can process insulin correctly and lose weight.

Had really high hopes for this, so much that I bought two bottles. The thing is, I’m in Jamaica so I have to order as much as I can because there’s a $49 threshold that needs to be met everytime when purchasing. Boy did I really wish I only got 1. Backstory. I was taking myo inositol before 500mg, two tablets, two times daily. I know these were 4000mg and decided instead of taking the recommended dose of 6 I’ll do 3 capsules only. Well this did not work for me. It made me spot for one week straight and also messed with my cycle. I won’t be repurchasing. I wouldn’t recommend either something is off

I don't know if it's just me or what, but this stuff makes me too tired to even safely function. I've been taking it 5 days. Immediately drags me down and I can barely keep my eyes open. I expected to be more energetic but this has had the opposite effect. Will update later.
