My TLDR! For the money, this chair is absolutely fantastic. Some parts missing were quickly replaced, great seller feedback, assembly was fast and easy, wide range of adjustments for comfort can be made. After only a week, my 330~lb American self has it creaking, but im rough on it and lean everywhere and move around a lot, as long as the gas canister doesnt lose effectiveness, it gets 5 stars. I had an odd issue where the spokes for the legs didnt come with the chair, and i wanted to return it. The seller actually contacted me and sent new spokes within a week. Seeing as how it was a chinese company that 99% of the time the various chair companies on amazon are nonexistent or absent, this absolutely floored me. They have my full support, and it was kindof crazy that they responded so quickly and sent the parts i needed as fast as they did. Hilariously they had to respond at 3am EST for me, being itd be their normal time to respond. They should feel proud. Now onto the chair itself. It allows for way more customization/adjustments than i expected. This is my first experience with a chair like this, with so many adjustments. You can changed how far out the arms come from the chair (and dont need to add the arms at all if you don't want to) and they come out quite far. I'm a 330lb 6ft male born unit, and the arms come out far enough to likely accommodate a 700lb person as advertised! WILD! The headrest, if you got that version, is well adjustable can change the angle on how it leans as well.. The little lower back pad on the back of the chair for support, can also be adjusted, not by much but its more than i thought. The back can be locked and adjusted like a car seat, which im guessing is normal for these types of chairs, but again, first time with something like this. The back is mesh and open, thing but strong, i put a fan on behind me to see how much air comes through. None did, BUT it cooled the back instantly, and ive not had an issue with heat. Overall, a wonderful purchase for a larger person (so far!) and while id love to throw down hundreds or thousands down on a "Big Fat Guy" chair thatll last into a nuclear wasteland, this'll do for now.

Great Chair! Freaking solid and heavy. Easy to put together. Price was AWESOME!! If You're tired of back pain and a sore tail bone, this Chair does the trick. I'm a big dude and this is the most comfortable chair I've ever used. Everyone wants to use my chair when I'm not in the office. Only thing wonky is the forward and back adjustable arm rests, they move back and forth really easy.

not happy how the box was ripped open upon delivery but at least no parts were missing. If you're a tall person (I'm 6'1) don't buy this chair. It's uncomfortable with your legs hanging off of it. my previous chair has much more length. other than that it's a fairly comfortable chair. I got it cheap on prime day. edit - the swiveling armrests are obnoxious! every time you want to move the chair around or adjust your seating position they keep moving around. terrible feature

This is a nice chair. It was easy to assemble. It's comfortable with plenty of room. It has adjustable arms, neck, height and lumbar. The reason I gave it only 4 stars is it is shipped from China and both arms adjustable mechanisms were broke on arrival so it took a while for the replacements to arrive. Outside of that I would order this chair again or recommend it.

We read through the majority of the reviews for this chair before purchase and thought it would still be worth the risk because of the positive ones. Don't fall for it. You need to seriously consider the odds before you buy this chair. *We will edit our star part of the review once we have received a full refund from the Sender. 1) DO NOT IMMEDIATELY THROW AWAY or damage the packing supplies. You might need them to repack this chair after you have gone through the trouble to disassemble it in order to return it. It will not be returned to Amazon btw but to a company based in KY. 2) WE HAD TO PAY TO SHIP BACK THIS DEFECTIVE ITEM. Almost all of the shipping options range from $56 to into the $100s. Consider this before you buy. 3) SOME SCREWS WERE MISSING PROPER THREADING AND WOULD NOT FIT INTO THE SLOTS. We were unable to screw a few of them in all the way into their places - poses a potential safety hazard as they could eventually dislodge. 4) PARTS OF THIS REQUIRE TWO PEOPLE TO HELP BUILD IT. We had to set the seat upside down on a tray table, lean it against a chair and carefully pinch it the back support together all the while the defective screws would not work. 5) If you have a larger, more curved derrière, then this is NOT the chair for you. Those with less in the backside may be able to sit all the way back into the chair. Otherwise, there is no back support though the seat was incredible, large and comfortable. So disappointing to have to return it. 6) In a perfect world, this chair would be absolutely amazing if it weren't for the challenges above. It seems to handle weight well though we are far from the support limit.

I'm very impressed with this office chair's weight capacity and stability. The base is very solid, and I feel extremely secure sitting on it. The widened seat cushion gives me plenty of room to move without feeling constrained. The mesh material is both breathable and resilient. The overall craftsmanship is excellent, and it's great value for the money.
