does this buffer add polish?

It is a good buffer. It is used after one applies the polish, buffs the shoes (with a horse hair brush) then the "final" shine with the buffer. Also it works good in between polishings.

Can you please tell me the speed and load weight of the motor? I bought another brand and the motor was junk.

I don't really know the answer to your question, but I got the buffer for a police station and it is used constantly for a few years now and we have had no problems. We like the machine and have confidence in it for heavy use.

how many watts os the motor? where is it manufactured?

I ordered from Amazon (Nov. 2019) and my unit is 27560. The motor is rated at 0.6 Amps & 120 Volts so it is 72-Watt motor (Watts = Amps * Volts). It is plenty powerful enough to buff and polish the shoes. The ad says 95 Watts and there is no lights or other electrical loads to explain the difference between 72 Watts on the label and the 95 Watts in the ad. The wattage does not add up. My Ensupra Power Meter that I bought from Amazon indicated 52.5 Watts when the motor is running. The box says Made In Taiwan. The label on the unit does not mention where it is made.
