Rubber O-ring does not seal properly at iSUP valve.
Final - Final Update on August 31, 2018;)----------------I'm adding 1 star and make this a 4-star buy. After returning the first purchase that has a leaky tube, I bought another Pagurio. This one works perfectly...and blazing fast. It pumped to 12 PSI under 5 minutes. I double checked & triple checked the tube and I felt no leak what so ever. Also, my customer support experience with Pagurio is very good. They are responsive and they didn't ask me to provide evidence (photos, videos) to prove the tube is leaking air.----------------------------------Initial Review (3 stars):I saw this Pagurio pump ($126) when I was looking at buying the Seamax SUP 20PSI Intelligent Double Stage Electric Air Pump. The Pagurio and the Seamax look identical except color. Since the Seamax would take about 1 week to deliver and I need a pump in two days, I took a chance and bought the Pagurio. After comparing the descriptions and the photos of Seamax pump to what I received in Pagurio. Below are three key differences:1. Pagurio has 1 year warranty, whereas Seamax pump has a 2-year warranty.2. Pagurio comes without extra adapters, whereas Seamx comes with 5 extra ones.3. Pagurio comes with only one rubber o-ring seal/casket, whereas Seamax comes with 3 rubber o-rings.4. Pagurio does not come with any extra replacement fuse, whereas Seamax comes with one replacement fuse.5. Pagurio costs $126, whereas Seamax now costs $138 (but the price was $150 where I first saw Seamax).Do the first four items worth $12 of savings, probably not if you have different inflatables (SUP, kayak, tubes, etc) to pump. For me, I only have inflatable SUPs to pump up and those extra adapters and O-rings have no added values to me.About the first use of Pagurio on my inflatable SUP that is 10 feet long, 32" wide, and 6" thick. Its target psi is 15. I set a countdown timer for 10 minutes and below is my experience. On the average, it adds 1 psi per minute for 10 minutes (update: I found out on 3rd use the leaky tube is the cause of this slower inflation speed). And I stopped at 10 psi only because I was just trying the pump. When it first started, I was surprised how quite it sounds. This is the pump operating at 1st stage. When it reaches about 1 psi, it kicks into 2nd stage and the sound becomes twice as loud...maybe 3 times as loud. When it reaches about 7 psi, the temperature on the cigarette lighter plug feels lukewarm. The temperature on the pump itself also feels lukewarm. The hose on the pump end actually feels warm but not hot to touch.Soon, I noticed the pressure gauge is not going up higher than 7 psi and I heard some air leaking at the end where it plugs into iSUP.I used some force to push it down and the air leaking sound disappears and the pressure gauge is again rising steadily. When I let go hands, air starts to leak again and psi doesn't go up.So, I pushed down the hose to ensure a tight seal into the iSUP valve for about 3 minutes until it reaches 10 psi, which took about 10 minutes. The takeaway from my first try. The o-ring seal is not tight enough around the iSUP valve to withstand a higher pressure and it starts leaking air out (instead of pumping into iSUP) around 7 psi.______________________Update: On 2nd use, I inflated two SUPs. One is 10'x32"x6". The other is 11'x34"x6". I swapped the rubber O-ring with the another one that came with a manual pump. There is a slight improvement. However, the air still started leaking around 9 psi (instead of 7). I had to hold down the tube for it to reach 12 psi...very slowly. I switched to using a manual pump because Pagurio pump seemed excruciating slow.My experience is that using a manual pump to finish up the last 3 to 5 psi is much, much faster than an electric pump. Hence, on inflating second SUP, I stopped at 10 psi and switched to using a manual pump. The tube at the pump end has become too hot to touch while inflating the 2nd SUP.At this point, I'm not sure if I received a defect tube that leaks air at high psi, or I just need to find a perfect fitting O-ring._________Update 3: I decided to take advantage of the 1-day Prime shipping and bought a Seamax SUP20D (Note this the newer Seamax model). Again, comparing the two physical pumps, Seamax and Pagurio look identical except the color. The extra differences I've noticed between Pagurio and Seamax are:* Seamax's cord to the cigarette plug is about 3.5' longer.* Seamax's plastic tube is about 1 foot longer.I tried the Seamax on the same two iSUP and Seamax is twice as fast as Pagurio. Seamax reached 10 psi under 5 minutes. Unfortunately, I also noticed that Seamax plastic tube is also leaking air at a different spot. When the pressure gets to about 8 or 9 psi, I could feel the air rushing out where it leaks. That's how I found out about the leak. When I hold the tube tight, the air doesn't rush out.Due to the fact the respective tubes from Pagurio and Seamax both leak air, I am not sure if my experience of pumping speed is accurate because the size of leak would impact the pumping speed. I will have to swap the pump to verify the pumping speed of both pumps. But, my next priority is to get replacement tubes from Amazon.___________Final update:I used the tube from Seamax on the Pagurio pump and I found out that Pagurio pump is just as fast in inflation speed as the Seamax one. So, the leaky Pagurio tube is the cause of slower inflation speed on my 1st & 2nd use.I tested both Seamax and Pagurio on the deflation feature. Seamax worked as advertised. I.e. Seamax stopped when my iSUP is fully deflated. Whereas Pagurio didn't stop and it just kept operating even though my iSUP looked really flat. I tried Pagurio again for deflation and it still doesn't stop when my iSUP is fully deflated. Hence, I am concluding that the deflation feature on the Paguiro doesn't work (or I have a defective unit). Finally, during an inflation operation, the Seamax's display would swap, every 2 seconds, between showing the current psi and the target psi. I really like this feature. Whereas, Pagurio display just shows the current psi that's in progress. This leads me to assume the firmware in the Seamax is probably more superior than the firmware in the Pagurio. Firmware is the embedded software or program that controls the operation & behavior of a hardware. I.e. firmware is the "brain" of a hardware machinery. My conclusion is that Seamax at $138 is a better buy than the Pagurio ($126). However, I still need to get a replacement tube from Seamax because it is still leaky right out of the box.

High Pressure part of the pump malfunctioned after 20 inflatations
Pump worked great at first and di about 20 board inflataions in various locations. Then one day last month the high pressure pump stage of the pump stopped working. Now it's useless. I have not requested a warranty or know the process so I will update once I have done this. So far I'm not Impressed!

Great pump! Have more potential than just airing up paddle boards though.
Very fast pump being it has 2 different ones built in. One for volume, the other for pressure. The bad thing is the hose was designed only for certain inflatable paddle boards. This pump has so much more potential than that. I had to cut up the hose and attach another so that I can use it for airing up large towable tubes for a boat. It has been working wonderfully for that, works faster than any other pump I’ve seen on the market and it handles it fine, no overheating or burning up fuses or any other bad things.

Total Garbage
We bought this last September and used it maybe 4-5 times and using it for the 2nd time this year it started making grinding noises and went DEAD. Other reviewers have had the same result. The manufacturer claims a one year warranty but the only contact info for them is a mailing address in China. Waste of $100.

Works well
Good pump. Use it for inflating the pontoons on a boat. Just set psi, plug into cigarette lighter and press power button and it automatically turns off when set psi is achieved

Gasket too thick, will not completely inflate the boat
When I first got it out, I attempted to inflate my zodiac style boat with it. The first problem was the nozzle would not fit the inlet even though it was designed to. I was able to determine that the sealing gasket was too thick and was pushing the locking snares away. The second issue was even though I set it for the correct pressure settings for the boat's air chambers, it bogged down and stopped just short. While I understand it's an important safety feature, having to top off with the foot pump is a pain.

Broke right away
Blowing up a water toy off the back of my boat. Broke the first 3 to 5 minutes in use, don’t know if I just got a bad one or if all are the same. I was using a Amazon converter from 110 outlet to cigarette lighter to match the pump connection. Maybe that had something to do with it. This particular brand and model pump was recommended by the raft manufacture I was blowing up.

Great for price, does the job very well, and quickly.
Second electric air pump, first was from Intex and was horrible but this pump from Pagurio is the charm. Inflated our 14' boat in just minutes, can't speak for longevity since I just got it but initially this pump is awesome!!
