This Actually Works!
I often have trouble falling asleep, or worse, staying asleep. I was sent a bottle of this sleep aid to try, and it was so good that I now have a subscription, where Amazon delivers the capsules each month. I have to make sure that I am actually in bed when I take these, because if I get distracted and stay in the living room, I fall asleep right on the sofa.If I wake up in the middle of the night, I take one capsule (the dose is for two). This helps me fall back asleep, and I wake up refreshed in the morning. I don't have any kind of after-effects from the capsules. They just help me sleep. I wish I had found out about them a long time ago.

Generic Sleep Aid; Not Great for Severe Sleep Issues
There are so many sleep aids on the market out there containing the same ingredients. The only difference between this one and others like it is the quirky design of the bottle and the slight variation in the amount of each herb or vitamin. Once again we have melatonin, magnesium, L-Theanine, etc., and a few other herbs.I have minor sleep issues - I generally sleep well except I get afflicted by anxiety now and then. This helped me to the extent that I was able to sleep a few hours after taking it, but it wasn't a deep sleep. Then I offered this to someone with more severe sleep issues and he said it wasn't strong enough. In other words, this is a pretty generic sleep aid, not that much better or worse than dozens out there that are similar to this one.

I have tried several sleep aid products and this one had the right balance of natural ingredients to enable me to fall asleep and stay asleep. I wake up alert and ready to enjoy the morning!

Restful sleep
I have a lot of trouble sleeping and these have helped with this problem. They are easy to swallow and work fairly quickly to help me sleep through the night for a restful sleep. Would definitely order again.
