This product tastes great! Easy to take

It's not a bad taste, just interesting. Tangy, which I wasn't anticipating, but not bad.I've only been taking this stuff for a couple of days now, but I'm hoping to continue taking it daily, and hopefully I'll notice some kind of positive effects from it.The bottle suggests to shake well before use, and to take one dropper daily with food, so I've just been taking it with my breakfast. Thankfully it doesn't need to be refrigerated after opening, so that makes it easier for me to keep it within eyesight so I remember to take it each day.Anyway, it's pretty good so far, so hopefully it does something beneficial.

A great tasting B1 Supplement, and that is easy to take with the dropper!

So B1 is very good for calming you down when you’re stressed and for calming down your nerves. But you have to take at least 100mg (or at least I do) because it takes about an hour to burn a dosage of 100mg. Also, if you’re drinking alcohol it will help you stay sober longer or help you through a hangover (alcohol burns up B1 in your body so you gotta replace it). So, with that said, I am not super happy with the dosaging. I actually just drink it out of the bottle to get what I need. It tastes good and sweet, but then again I don’t mind the bitter taste of B1 anyway.

Extremely convenient long duration supply of B1. I've said it many times that pills tend to stop me from taking supplements as much as I should, so liquid or gummy forms enhance my uptake. The raspberry flavor in this is quite enjoyable. I found that I feel much better when taking B1 regularly, especially with milk thistle and NAC to help your liver stay strong and healthy. I would say the only criticism of liquid vitamins I have is precise dosing is more difficult. However with B1 that is not very important.
