Great product, I use 1 scoop mixed with water half an hour before my workout and get a great pump, I am very impressed. You can mix it with any beverage or pre-workout of your choice. It is flavorless. 80 servings, nice. I will buy again, no noticeable side effects

I add this to my preworkout. It gives a great vascular pump in the gym! I don't notice a taste when mixing it with pre.

Love that it's a bulk supply of pure glycerol. Meets my needs perfectly. I do feel like it's pretty expensive for what it is, it probably costs them less than 10% of its retail price to manufacture, but I haven't found a better option.

If you workout, you need glycerol!! Gives you the best most insane pump you will ever experience! Hydrated those muscles and makes ya feel like they r going to pop BUT always can bust out a few more reps! Def don’t feel spent after a workout and want to keep going! I pair it with my pre workout too! 💪🏼💪🏼 I havent had a chance to run my long runs yet with this but plan to -says helps w reducing fatigue! LETS GO GAINS IN BULK!!

This is my first time using this, I mix with my aminos creatine, and hmb, 20 minutes later I feel it’s time to hit the weights. The pump is super noticeable. I definitely will buy again.

Mixes well w/o taste an does give a boost to the pump, only just started using an am happy.
