Product not great, but horrible company customer service.
Update 2: Seller took $62 of the refund since Amazon sent me a shipping label. Amazon made it right thankfully, but I’m so over this company and not only will not order again in the future but do not recommend them. I would be unconcerned about the product issue if the company hadn’t been such a disaster to deal with. Update: customer service is less than helpful & I had to contact Amazon support to help get a shipping label. They wanted me to pay SIXTY TWO DOLLARS - yes, $62 - to return it. This bed is sad. It’s very small and the mattress sits on the floor, no big deal right? But the twin mattress we have (that fits our other two twin beds) doesn’t fit inside the base, there’s extra room and it honestly just looks silly. I’m disappointed beyond belief considering waiting as long as we did for it and having to assemble just to see how silly it looks & will have to return it.
