The rose that came in was beautiful and the gold was absolutely stunning on the rose. The black leather case was very good quality, and extremely sturdy. My only issue is Amazon handled it poorly and the rose was broken when I opened the case. I went to the Forever Rose website that I saw on a card in the case for a free warranty! I was astounded with how generous the company was and how quickly they got back to me on the same day and sent a new one out that very day to replace the broken one! Noah is a life saver and really saved my Valentine’s Day gift to my girlfriend! She’s going to be so ecstatic to see this with how good quality it is!

My Vday date was on the fence for the last few days about going out tonight because she has such a demanding job, we've known each other forever but haven't seen each other in more than a decade until a few weeks ago at a weekend long party. I have been trying to get some of her free time since but she's always either working or our schedules have conflicted for the last two weeks. We made tentative plans to go out tonight but early in the day it became clear that she wasn't going to get out of work until it was too late for her to go out and get up early the next day. While making tentative plans on Feb. 13th, I knew that I may not get to see her so I went on Amazon.com actually looking for one of these gold roses since hearing abou them on the radio. I was surprised at how many there were to choose from but this one appeared to be of the highest quality so while we were still discussing what to do this evening I had the shopping cart on Amazon full with my order of this gift, watching the delivery clock tick down and eventually placed the order with about an hour and a half left to get next day delivery. I was skeptical it would arrive on time but it made it from Kentucky to it's destination in Boston by 1:56 PM today, very impressive! She is so busy and her work is so stressful that I really got the impression that this gift truly made her day so when people ask what she did on V day she can at least have something to say that's not negative like I think both of us have been doing for too many years in a row. After going back & forth via text message her exact words were "Haha, no it's cool, definitely unexpected! We decided that since I have the gold rose at work, I officially run the show now" so that being said, I think it went over very well. I asked her "I thought you already ran the show" two which she replied "I run the show yes, but I moved to the corner window so new people might not know yet", lol. She's got that northeast coast attitude so of course she has to run the show and that's a big part of what I like about her. I don't think she has any idea what that thing cost so I think she's leaving it on her desk at work which means it will probably end up disappearing but that's okay since it served it's purpose well already. So now that I've written a diatribe which I hope she doesn't happen upon while on the internet, I would just like to say thank you for a great gift at a great price and second to none delivery service. I can't remember the last time that I paid for overnight delivery from somewhere and it took less than four business days to arrive so this was a pleasant surprise. I haven't even actually seen the thing and probably won't even get a chance to but it's my impression that I definitely picked the right one and that's something I'm very happy about. It was the perfect gift because a bunch of roses would have been too cliche, too big & too goddy to send to her office, this was perfect because of it's size but it was more than enough to grab the attention of her female coworkers which was kind of my goal here. My only complaint is regarding a bonehead move on my part and the part of the ups guy for misspelling the name of the person who signed for the package so I kind of blew up my own surprise but at least I didn't tell her what it was ahead of time, I just wanted to make sure she got it but regardless, mission accomplished! This was actually the first time I've ever ordered anything off of Amazon.com and I was very impressed minus a few technical errors in the beginning. So even though we don't get to see each other tonight at least I know I made her smile in the midst of a tough day at work on Valentine's Day and she'll be thinking of me tonight when she gets home as well as every time someone comments on her new 24K gold rose that's sitting on her desk. She's been playing hard to get to test me and it appears I finally passed the test and as a result we'll be spending time together this weekend in part thanks to you guys. Actually, there is one thing that's more of a suggestion than anything else. The one's advertised on the radio all week came with fancy hardwood boxes that it comes in but couldn't find one of those on Amazon so I figured since this rose was more expensive than the one that comes with the wooden box and because it was heavier, I believe I did get the superior product. As a business analyst/consultant I can't help but see ways to improve things even when they are already great and what I see here is an opportunity for you guys to make a good deal more money on the average order by offering an assortment of cardboard, wooden & possibly even metal boxes for them to come in, for which you could charge all different prices from next to nothing to fancy mahogany or Oak or something like that. Just a suggestion that will definitely increase the average price paid for these roses significantly, if I had time I probably would have made one by hand for this rose but she seemed more than happy with the gift wrapping anyway. Heard a commercial for a “Steven Singer” jewelry store gold rose, Valentine’s Day on the horizon, she has everything, what now. SS was sold out and I went directly to old faithful amazon for a look, glad I did. I mean, what gurl doesn’t want a gift from amazon?! It is really nice and she got it early since she was at the door upon arrival and since amazon is at my house 3 times a week, the “what did you buy now” question just had to come up. Even my 18 YO daughter really liked it and felt the special meaning behind “forever”. Quality is very good and in a nice gift box. It went over better than expected. Only issue, it’s rather long and top heavy with stem leaves, can’t quite find a vase to support it.

I give these roses as gifts, and they are always well received. Wedding gifts, birthday gifts, anniversaries, these are perfect for all occasions. You can tell it’s a real rose dipped in gold. Not one of those foil rip off’s. They have an good weight and shine to them. They look and feel expensive.
