I really like that this blocks out the burning sun on my hydrangeas. For months I'd been shading them daily with a wooden stool, which I had to remove to water them. This ingenious device blocks out harmful rays that would destroy my thriving plant. It saves me lots of time & effort, and is fairly easy to put together. I don't use that plastic tarp, as I need my plant to be watered regularly. It certainly would work if you live in an overly-moist climate. Once my hydrangea gets bigger, I'll buy the bigger size. I highly recommend this product!

No directions!!! The frame was folded so that I almost broke trying to get it apart. Also the plastic ties are junk. Too small for the project.

I used this wingoffly to help protect my Bird of Paradise plant from the hot sun. It works so far. I will see what happens when it gets really hot. But for now I’m very pleased with it. It takes care what I needed it for👍

This actually works really well for some of my cacti that are unable to take direct sunlight. Having a clear solid layer / covering to prevent it from getting wet is an added bonus in the winter. I wish they made it in different sizes, but the one I received works well for the space on my patio. And the materials are a little cheap, but I expected that. And it's still durable enough to work properly. It's a specifically designed product that does exactly what I want it to do. So no major complaints here. Overall I like it.

I didn't give all the stars for durability because I haven't had them long enough to know about durability. In the first heat wave of the summer, three of my recently transplanted (small) berry bushes basically just incinerated. I put one of these over each of them, not expecting much. Through subsequent hot, sunny days they have been toodling along happily -- rehabilitated themselves to a shocking extent under there and the new little green leaves never seem stressed. I really appreciate that it's easy to assemble and everything you need comes in the box. I like that the shape can be adjusted. And I like the uniformity of appearance compared to my earlier attempts, which looked like a play fort made by children with utterly no promise in the engineering field.

I needed a small sun shade for my succulents on a small patio table. This was the only thing I could find that was the right size and came with a frame. Everything was much cheaper for a large shade but I'd have to figure out how to set it up on my balcony in a way that is removable. This eliminated the need for a set up, but the frame is just cheap wiring, like worse than dry cleaner hangers. They're covered in a crappy coat of green paint that comes off on everything. It's like $3 worth of material upcharged to $18 because it's assembled.

Use a tape measure before buying, it was smaller than I expected. My fault.
