Pre-owned. Scuffed up and not in any type of packaging. The figure was wrapped in plastic. I wonder if someone previously owned or played with it. I thought this would be in new condition and in original packaging.

If this cost more it wouldn't get a 4 star review (and it does seem as if this company sells this exact same thing for double the price on another listing for some reason?). Her face isn't super detailed, it feels cheap, the colors are not "painted" on very accurately. The mimic plastic feels and looks super cheap too, kinda like a thin Lego brick. But it's $12. So it's honestly meeting expectations at that price point.
