Banner95751 Box Energy 019 Bull Spill & Backfire Protected Leisure Battery

Ordered for my caravan. Delivered the next day and been great so far.

Bought this to replace my old Banner battery that had done 10 years in our caravan. so hopefully we will have another trouble free 10 years with the new one.

Was to replace leisure battery like for like

Outer case is very well made, it is quite heavy so that to me suggests the plates inside are also very well made. However I don’t like that you need a special tool to check the electrolyte (water), I might be wrong but I think I saw them priced about £30!. I made a tool out of a bit of scrap iron, but apart from that I believe it is a very good battery.

Arrived on time and is working fine.

Having read the results of tests carried out on leisure batteries i purchased this battery. It was delivered promptly and very well packed. It's too early to report on its performance but as soon as it has had some use I will feed back again.Now some 16 months later I can report that the battery has held its charge and I am well satisfied with it.

First rate battery works well easy to fit would recommend fast time on delivery as well

The battery worked well for up to 15 continuous nights without 240v EHU in 2015, powered by a 60 watt solar panel. Plus plenty of other occasions.Then I let the battery run nearly dry so now it does not work very well, my fault.
