I store the capsules in the FRIDGE (not freezer), and am glad I used this company's product. Amazing results, obviously high quality and viability, with clean smell and a great monetary value since I can extend usage through easy-to-open capsules. I would not hesitate to purchase more from this company, as a good ferment can NOT be faked by good-smelling fillers!

I took one capsule and no side effects so far, but im not sure if the product actually has l ruiteri in it. This brand came out of no where and you cant do research on Bliva Nutrition because they aren't on google. Just amazon, ebay and some other weird site. All the reviews are perfect 5 stars AND THERE is no negative reviews at all. Most legit or not all legit products has at least 1 review thats not a 5 star. The fact its getting only 5 star reviews is kinda suspicious to me. Given everything, I dont fully trust this brand and if they're legit or not, but I will continue taking this, and if it works then I will re evaluate. If anyone else thinks the same thing, leave a review responding to me. I want to find out if Bliva Nutrition is legit.
