nice product if you know the beniIfts of LYSINE

l-lysine is not produced sufficiently by the human body on its own. hence, perfect supplement to control cold sore breakouts by blocking arginine. have it on empty stomach, around 1000-1500 mg/day is sufficient for me. also helped me in controlling acne.yet, i wish scientists research this supplement more and outline its benefits.

Its written on the back side of pack that "The product has NOT been evaluated by the Food and Drug administration, NOT used to Diagnose, Treat or Cure any disease."My Take- Anythin that has not been evaluated by the Food and Drugs Dept and is circulating in the market should NOT b consumed!!! So do not buy this product till its gets green signal from the Govt.. There r chances that this product can b FAKE..

I have other products from Healthvit and they gave good results, so I trust this brand. I purchased this for two reasons, I heard these help to get rid of painful cold sores and yes it really worked also I needed something that helps prevent stiff/sore joints. It helped my joins immensely.
