This is easily one of the worst products I have ever purchased, mainly because of several critical things they do not disclose before you buy. First, the go kart cannot be turned on without the app. That means if your kids want to ride it, an adult has to open the app every single time to enable it. The only workaround is giving your child a phone or tablet with the app installed. Even then, the app logs them out about once a week, forcing you to re enter the password and re grant access. This completely defeats the purpose of a kids ride on toy. Second, Segway no longer sells the faster motor or the slick tires that are required for higher performance models. These parts are simply not available anymore, and they do not clearly disclose this online. It feels intentional, like they want to force you to buy the most expensive model instead. When you contact customer support about this, they are dismissive and unhelpful. Third, the gaming feature is extremely misleading. It only works with PC computers and nothing else. No consoles. No Mac. This is barely mentioned and feels like another bait and switch. Between the forced app dependency, discontinued parts, misleading features, and terrible customer support, this product feels like a complete scam. I would not recommend it to anyone, especially parents buying it for their kids.

I would not give a one single star to this product. I bought this car and sent it as a christmas gift out of the country just to find out that the kid hasn’t been able to use it since the product is not complete. It is crazy receiving a car with only 2 wheels and have to buy the back wheels separate which almost double the price. Extremely disapointed by being unable to return the product. Spent my money for nothing.

I bought this for my son as a Christmas gift and to my displeasure I was unable to attach the back wheels to make it a go kart. The back portion was not included in the package in which I received very disappointing returning to see what the issue was.

The product came incomplete, the back wheels didn't come inside the box

No drive train , no back wheels .

Item arrived with an undamaged box but the go kart software is faulty. Unable to connect to bluetooth or app. Doesn't work!!! Waste of money and a huge headache.

Very disappointing delivered with missing part and Amazon and Munufactor they won’t responsible to send me the missing part no choice to return it.
