Ovviamente non fa miracoli, dopo una sessione di ripetute comunque il giorno seguente non sono così riposato, ma indubbiamente meno affaticato. Come per il gusto al cioccolato, è un po’ difficile da sciogliere completamente. Nel complesso giudizio più che positivo. Direi indispensabile se puntate ad allenamenti molto intensi e mirati al personal best. Diversamente non ne vedo l’utilità.
