Took a while to arrive
I use these tablets a lot and they help with cramp etc

No after taste
These are easy to dissolve and not unpleasant to drink and certainly no after taste as with other products 😀 and they do rehydrate brilliant product.

Out of date
All 4 tubes were out of date. Bout them March 2023 they expired November 2022

Couldn't function without these
I take these daily as I have a autoimmune disorder whereby I need to regularly maintain my sodium and electrolyte levels, they really help and taste good too. I also recently took them on holiday and my hubby took them too with it being so hot, he definitely feels they helped him not to feel so dehydrated with the heat.
