Followed all cleaning instructions. When Done black spots on bottom of inside. Didn’t realize first use there was very thin black smudge line where the top rolls over. Since cover leaks (think drip drip drip) I have to screw top on tight and it is very difficult to get off so was using my shirt to help and ruined shirt with black smudge. I purchased copper cleaner and seems to have removed most of issue. I would not recommend this product considering all in all. Price, inconvenience to open, cleaning inconvenience and black bottom on inside.

Firstly, I liked this product very much. I always follow the manufacturer instructions to clean the bottle. After a few weeks of usage, I started noticing black spots on the bottle and copper shaded in a couple of places. Very disappointed with discoloring.

I liked the bottle except that it leaks from the cap. But since I use it on my desk at work that doesn’t really bother me. Good quality and well made.

The different colors and designs that this bottle is available is amazing. I bought 2 of them and I love using both of them.

This certainly isn't pure copper. I'm a welder and work with copper and this bottle is an alloy mix. I wanted the deep regal appearance of copper and this looks about part copper/aluminium . That said it also leaks when flipped upside down. I rarely return things but I felt like this was false advertising.
