Antonio Carluccio Goes Wild: 120 Fresh Recipes for Wild Food from Land and Sea

I got this book very cheap for the wild boar recipe, which I was very pleased with. If the other recipes are in the same league then this book would be well worth considerably more than what I paid for it.

This is a unique book. It give hints of the flavours of the traditional south-italian cousine which is based a lot on ingredients from "the wild".Unfortunately, this is also almost a useless book as most of the ingredients are not easy to find (if not going around in the fields in the south of Italy).Buy it for the beauty of the book, but be aware that if you are lucky you might be able to use about 10% of the recipes and definitively not the most interesting ones.
