I’m seriously impressed with these gymnastic rings. As a beginner in calisthenics, I’ve heard they’re a must-have, and these rings definitely deliver. They’re one of the more affordable options compared to the pricier ones, and while I was initially skeptical, especially since all the pros seem to favor wooden rings, I figured I'd start here and upgrade later. Fast forward a few months, and I’m happy. The rings are durable, surprisingly high-quality, and feel great in my hands. Installation was a total breeze, but heads up, watch a quick video on adjusting the strap properly to dodge any slippage (I haven’t had any issues, even when I’m doing pull-ups, rows, and skill training like the planche and front lever). Honestly, if you experience any slippage, it’s probably user error. I’m definitely recommending these for everyone

This is a nice set of rings to workout with. Initially the gripper is hard to set up, but once you do, everything is pretty good. I initially used the cork wrappings, but they came undone and things were just fine without.

Good ring set for a good price. I’m 6’1, 210lbs and there’s zero slippage when I use these rings. As long as you feed the strap in the direction of the arrow as indicated on the mechanism, you’ll be solid.As other reviewers have posted, the blue wraps included are flimsy and will not hold for long. I wrapped the the rings and then did an added layer of electrical tape on top to solve this problem. It’ll last a lot longer, be easier to clean, and add some extra cushioning as well.Overall, a good purchase.

If you have an outdoor pullup bar, use these for that. They will not rot, and they will be more sturdy than the wood options. I love how easy these are to use and that they are easier to use than even the wood ones.
