These things save my life! My cycle normally hits me hard the first 3 days. Soon as you tear the seal, it starts to get hot and it a nice comfortable heat(I sweat a little from the heat but it’s not a big deal for me). I can function without much pain from my menstrual better wearing these and I can pretty much wear them all day. Love these! Gonna keep buying them!

My daughter has severe cramps. These have worked great for my daughter. She also likes that she can wear it without anyone knowing If she wears it to school. This might improve her attendance!

My daughters are still in the beginnings of their menses (they’re 11 and 14) and they LOVE these! Their cramps are still mild, though, so I do take that into consideration, but any relief I can offer them, I will! They don’t get super warm, just warm enough for pain relief and they last hours for them! These were a great stocking stuffed this year, highly recommend!

I’m giving this a 4 star just bc after a while the sticky part of the patches start to not be sticky enough. However, these patches do heat up pretty well! Really impressive.

Usually I use the heat patches in this red packaging from CVS, but these are more economical and get the job done! Super convenient when working.

My teen daughters love to use these for their period pains. They stick to the skin easy. They are not irritating. They do not leave a rash. They are comfortable and they provide relief that only heat can provide.

The patches get a bit too hot imo. They are also positional, so in certain positions you can feel the heat more. I’m not sure if it’s the heat or texture of the adhesive, but it’s caused a lot of itchiness and redness so I only use in moderation now. I prefer rice in a pillowcase heated in the microwave for 3 minutes over these for period cramps now. But decent for on the go, just rotate so it doesn’t get too hot or irritated

These work very well for low back pain. I have a herniated disc in my lower back and heat helps a lot. While I’m at work I can’t have my heating pad so this was a great substitute for it. Heat is pleasant,not too hot.

Really helped within half an hour, soothed my stomach cramps and helped me get to sleep, much better than a water bottle. It stays hot for hours and hours, only used two for abdominal and back pain and it’s really helped. Just peel and stick over thin layer of clothing and you’re good to go. Really good for the price if you suffer with bad cramps.

These take a bit to warm up after you open them, but they do get nice and hot and stay hot for a long time (more than the eight hours). Pretty impressive product for the price.

They are very good but be careful not to let it touch your skin as it leaves a mottled area on your skin but are good value for money
