These arrived well packaged in a resealable packet, which is good for convenience. They arrived in good time, I only waited a couple of days. iv been taking these for a couple of days now and feel better in myself. I find my muscles and body ache and feel tight now, I'm getting older, especially after a day of extra activity like walking or heavy lifting around the house. These make me feel less uncomfortable. I also like this brand as their all organic and natural ingredients that they use.
