Product came with no instructions-had to refer to Amazon picture for installation. As another review mentioned, the hook piece opening is too large for the pole, and will not securely hold a position due to lack of grip. The device itself serves its purpose but needs some ‘creative’ solutions to work as it’s pictured. Product did come fast, which is why I gave it 1 star. I would not recommend this if you are not comfortable troubleshooting this.

The hook piece is too large for the pole making it's primary function useless. The pole itself is sturdy so if you're willing to adjust and get creative to actually mount a gravity bag it will serve you well.

Do not buy the part that is to attach to the pole for the feeding bag to hang is entirely too big it won’t even close enough to fit on the pole.

The hook part is way too big do not waste the money on this one while the idea is a great idea the hook is way to big I can’t even get it on the pole
