I recently upgraded to the Russell Hobbs Steam Power Generator Iron and it has been a fantastic addition to my laundry routine. As someone who does a lot of ironing, I was looking for a high-performance iron that could make the task easier, and this model definitely delivers. First off, the 1.3L removable water tank is a huge plus. It’s easy to fill and doesn’t need frequent refilling, which is great for large loads of ironing. I’ve used it for several hours straight, and it never runs out of steam. The iron's steam output is powerful and consistent, making quick work of even the most stubborn wrinkles. I love the ceramic soleplate—it glides smoothly over all types of fabric, and it’s non-stick, so I don’t have to worry about it leaving marks or getting caught on clothes. The iron heats up really fast too, so there’s no waiting around for long. One feature that has truly impressed me is the steam pressure. It provides a powerful burst of steam that helps smooth out tough creases in just one pass, which makes ironing so much quicker. The continuous steam function is also really handy for ongoing work, especially on larger items like bed linens or curtains. While the iron is a bit larger than my previous one, the powerful steam output and ease of use make it worth it. It’s easy to store the iron, and the design is sleek and modern, so it doesn’t feel out of place in my laundry room. Overall, the Russell Hobbs Steam Power Generator Iron has exceeded my expectations. It’s powerful, efficient, and makes ironing much less of a chore. Great steam iron , for reasonable price, large water capacity, heats up fast, great storage of cable, easy and quick to iron, lightweight. Better than any professional streamers I had previously.

It is very good, but i expected to be more strong

What can I say about this iron? Well, my husband bought me one after I had loaned my daughters, and it's a joy to use. It's very light to hold, which is helpful because I have arthritic hands, and it irons like a dream. It makes a good job of lightweight tops on the lowest setting...steaming both sides from one side ironing! And jeans, they are so easy to iron with this and they don't even need to be done on full heat! I have used this iron on a great many types of material and it gives consistantly good results. I have to say that I am deeply impressed! My daughter bought one when they had just come out, and mine is an improvement on her one. I get the ironing done in half the time it used to take me, and that makes me very happy. I will be telling all my friends about it. I can't express just how happy I am with this product. Oh, and be careful! When you use the steam setting...it gurgles for s second or two, then the steam floods out and boy is it ever HOT! Don't use it on the highest setting for the jeans and corderoy trousers you may have, because you won't need to! As it's hot enough on the first steam setting to go through even hard denim etc. I couldn't be happier with mine!

Great iron

This iron has given me nothing but grief since day one. Honestly the worst iron I’ve had. Since day one on heat setting two dots it’s dragged on every item, even the heaviest cotton. I’ve had a few irons over my 60+ years some have been better than others but I wouldn’t recommend this iron to anyone. Wish I could return it. 😔

My second as I messed up the soul plate so keep as spare. Lovely iron nice and light and very clever.

It's OK.. Not a patch on our 15 year old Morphy Richards, but it will do the job . Fast start up Decent steam output Steam delay when pressing trigger and after releasing trigger, steam continues to come out..

Would recommend it strongly

It came with only an american plug, not an australian one.
