I was little nervous about spending this much o a ball machine, but compared to how much some of them cost, it was very reasonably priced. When it arrived and I figured out how to use it, I was surprised at how simple it was. The battery is easy to charge, the whole thing is very portable and it works very well. I am a passable player, so using it for practicing forehand, backhand and volleys is ideal. I am already getting my money's worth out of it. For a mid-priced professional ball machine I can highly recommend it

I haven’t played tennis in 30 years and wanted to start anew with a tennis ball machine. The court I hit on is a 5 minute walk for me to I wanted a portable machine like this one. It is the perfect size. The settings are easy to dial in what you want to do. Height, speed, top spin or back spin, and rate of delivery. It’s very fun and has made regaining my stroke very comfortable. I am completely happy with this machine and I hope it lasts a long time.

I love the size, being so compact. It carts around easily and feels solid. Been using it every day for only about two weeks now. So far I just had to tighten some screws after one fell out. Not a big deal. At its highest speed, it sends a decent ball from baseline to near baseline, but because it sits on unlocked wheels, it walks sideways. So after about 20 balls, what was once sending balls right down the middle, will send them out of bounds to the left. I just bought some small rubber wheel stops and it helps. This machine is also great for volleys, overheads, heavy backspin and topspin shots, and I enjoy the ball boy feature for serves. I haven’t yet opted for the oscillator since I’m fine just moving around myself between each ball to practice footwork. But it would be nice to have for volleying at the net, I’m sure. The battery seems good. I like that it’s separate from the unit so I can bring it inside to charge. I just wish there was an optional accessory to run the unit with a standard AC power cord. I reached out to support which is slow to respond and wasn’t very helpful. There are third party 12v 10a adapters that should work, but support shrugged me off when I asked if that would be ok. I haven’t tried it, afraid of damaging the unit. But technically it should be fine… if you really care about that. But so far, the battery seems like it would go about 4 hours which is more than enough for me. I backed their upcoming product, the L1, and I’ll be curious to see which one I like better, once I get it this winter. That one is supposed to be “smarter” and uses an app which can control the rate, speed, oscillation, and spin.

I bought a N1 with oscillator. I love the machine so much, it is light weight with external battery, easy to carry and use. At first the machine only can hold 80 balls, it is less than I wanted, so I called the support team , Daniel the guy from support team told me to use cardboards to increase the height of the holder, now it can hold 145 balls, still running very well, no jamming at all. The only cons is the launch angle knob, it is a bit annoying to just it. Well how often I need to change the angle? So I am very satisfied about this product. It is a BUY BUY BUY!

This is a great little machine! I was skeptical about buying an unknown brand but customer service was very prompt in answering my questions before purchase. I have used it 13 or 14 time so far and have had no problems. The balls have never jammed. Once in a while there was a delay in ball launch but no manual intervention was required and the misfire corrected itself each time. I did not buy the oscillator. I alternate between forehand and backhand shots and get a good workout. I try not to change the ball launch angle too much. Instead, I move the machine forward or back to the baseline depending on whether I want to practice ground strokes or lobs. The external battery is a big plus as well. I find it is best to charge the battery right after each use. I vacuum the machine to remove debris or green lint from the balls that collects in the machine. I am in my sixties and find this machine very light and useful in practicing a wide range of shots. I have purchased other ball machines but have had problems when the balls jammed. I have not had problems with this one so I am giving it 5 stars.
