Overall, I’m very satisfied with this AOC laptop. I purchased it because I needed one with a larger screen and that could also handle some light games. It is very easy to set up, and the specs are good enough. I mainly use this laptop for office work. It can run Word, Excel, and Outlook very efficiently. Web browsing and video streaming with Chrome are very smooth. The integrated AMD Radeon graphics is more powerful than I expected. The only game I play is Left 4 Dead 2, and the FPS is consistently over 100. Below are the Pros and Cons. Pros: - The laptop is quite powerful but seldomly heats up - The pre-installed Windows is very clean, no virus/malware found - It features a metal body, and the build quality is solid - It has plenty of ports, including one full-feature Type-C port that supports charging and video output at the same time - The keyboard has a comfortable feel Cons: - One of the two Type-C ports is for charging only. - It is somewhat heavy. - The included charger only supports 19V, and I wish it had PD support. In summary, this laptop works great and meets all my needs. It is definitely worth getting if you are looking for a daily computer that can also handle some casual games.

The first startup was VERY concerning as the black screen had a neon glow to it. Once everything initialized, it was a breeze and I haven't noticed the neon glow since then. Its fast for what I'm using it for (laser engraving-Lightburn). My older MacBook pro would lag and think, this one seamlessly works. Haven't used it for gaming and probably wont as this will be for work. 08/21/2025 Ok, ANNOYED. My mic and my camera went down and i use it a lot for my zoom meetings. If you need customer support, it is almost impossible to get a hold of. It uses WHATSAPP to talk to them or email. I just called AOC and they do NOT support this product. I started to have issues with the computer 3 months ago, and now the mic and the camera are dead. I really wish I could get my money back. I really hate buying things not supported by tech services in the US. I had purchased this for laser engraving and the two machines I used for that, THEIR tech support was horrible as well, it was over seas product sold in the US. Really bad work ethics unfortunately. 2nd update for today. I called AOC directly and they dont honor laptop warranty. They literally said use the whatsapp sticker on the laptop, which i have but the last response was hours ago and no help at all. I went to amazon to see if they can help but nope, its out of their hands basically because the return window closed. I used the phone number AOC has on here, and i asked him if i can get tech support: his response was literally just "NO." I stayed quite for about 7 seconds and im like ok, so are you going to say anything else, direct me somehwere else, and i advised him the issue, and all he said was out fo warranty. He told me to just take it to a computer repair shop. REALLY!!!!? didn't even ask me for an order number etc. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Yeah, it works ok for a few months but then if you need ANY kind of tech support. Thats it. BUY AMERICAN made or manufactured in america. Not that it would be better perse, BUT the customer service support will definitely be there.

What surprised me most was that it found a good balance between performance and portability, which is not only suitable for daily work, but also can easily meet the needs of high-intensity games. This AOC notebook really makes me very satisfied. It's worth the money!

Didn't last a month, would get very hot while charging

Not suitable for gaming, lagging a lot! The system running sound from laptop is very loud and sound from speaker is unclear and mugged :(

Needed to return, not useful for gaming. If you want school work, maybe.. just no gaming.

Bought as gift for wife yo upgrade her budget laptop. This is a POS. We have Xfinty internet 500mbps the AOC 16pro took 3 hours to load ggl chrom terrible performance, will return. Disappointed wife!!!

It’s a great laptop, pretty good mic, okay camera. Loads games well, good looking display. Very fast, nice size. But it gets kinda hot when I’m just browsing on the internet or just watching YouTube. Not a difficult thing to solve. I just bought a $20 laptop stand with fans and that solved it. I do recommend this laptop.
