Don’t normally write reviews but I wish I knew about this way earlier. It really does work. (Everyone operates differently)It’s give you consistent energy thru out the day. I take two capsules around 9-10am and don’t go to bed til about 11-11:30pm (don’t feel the caffeine crash that comes from coffee etc.) helps you sleep. Also huge benefits for the fellas if wanna get your lady right due to Maca root 🤣 All jokes aside, don’t hesitate to buy. Great investment for your health.

The capsules are easy to swallow, and the packaging is sleek and practical. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because the results take a few weeks to show, so you need some patience. Arrived today; took today with food. Been nauseous ever since. I’ve felt sick to my stomach all afternoon. Read another review where this happened to someone n & will do further research to see if this is a common occurrence with this brand and product.

I'm into one week taking 2 capsules daily first thing in the morning. For context 42YOM working out 3 times a week, busy work schedule, family etc. I was feeling lethargic and just had no drive for a while so I knew my T was low. After one week I feel energy, good mood. I'm getting aggressive but it's a sign of high T. I sleep better too! Ingredients are clean and you can smell the Maca as you open it up! I will definitely buy more!
