Have used this product for years no problem for me. I just split the 2 mg in half strong enough for me to take a great night's sleep.

Def back in the REM game with healthy vivid lucid dreams on 3mg. Took a few years to understand my mindset played a huge part melatonin had in dreaming especially doses higher than 6mg. . Even the black skeletal hag came after me one night in REM sleep. Good grief. Lesson.. when i had a bout of negativness in my life (during covid) i started having wicked nightmares on melatonin as a result of own demons and bad mindset for sure. Our subconscious does not assign negative thoughts to people places and things.. the brain integrates thoughts as self programming...and its reflective in your dreams. So a negative mindset could haunt you adding too much melatonin to your life. Just my opinion based on research.

I got these for my older kids at bedtime on school nights. I chose these for several reasons: One, they are not gummies, they are chewable! I am absolutely not on the gummy bandwagon and neither is our dentist! Two, they are 3 milligrams, so my teen can have 3 on nights they are super wound up, but I can also cut them in half for my pre-teen or nights where they are already getting tired. These even have the little score for cutting which is a huge plus for me. I've tasted them and they are sweet enough but not overly candyish flavored. These work amazingly and I am really happy I found this in the midst of the gummy craze! I will definitely buy again.

I’m not sure how they’re made. It seems less potent so I have to double the dosage.

I tried a few kinds of Melatonin products and for some reason you have to find the perfect dose in order for them to help you fall asleep and these are the ones, 3mg and chewable. I tried regular 5 mg regular ones but they didnt work as well as these. Pleasant taste and efficient too!

These are great! I’ve tried so many different brands of Melatonin and these are by far the best yet. First they taste amazing, they remind me of a Pez-but sweeter, I would happily eat the entire jar if I could (seriously they are that delicious). Secondly, I actually get a great nights sleep with these! I take 2 which equals 6 mg and wake up feeling refreshed, not groggy like other melatonin’s I’ve tried. And lastly, my son who is on the spectrum- who has taken melatonin for almost 6 straight years loves them and actually thinks they work (which let me tell you, is a big deal for the child who will not sleep without it). Definitely a repeat purchase for us no doubt!

I usually use melatonin for jetlag when traveling overseas. I used many different melatonin pills and this one seems to be a better one among others. It works more quickly. Taste good. Comes in glass jar which I like better than plastic. Long expiration date.
